The location was perfect for us and the entire staff was absolutely phenomenal

It’s was clean and well kept. Check in was easy and the staff were kind.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean.

The doors in our hallway had all been broken into. The doors were not repaired. Scary. There is was no Hand soap. No blow dryer. When I called the desk to ask for a blow dryer the response I got was. We don’t have enough to go in all the rooms.

AC didn’t work, water pressure was not great and water got cold fast.

Very noisy by street. Dead bolt broke we reported 3 times. Still wasn’t fixed. They didn’t even offer to move us to another room or give discount. I wouldn’t stay there again

The breakfast was excellent. Chef Alton Johnson was very pleasant and greeted me every morning with a smile. He thanked me everytime and said he would see me tomorrow.

This trip and stay was everything to me. The guest service was over the top and I will stay here everytime I come home. There were 3 young ladies that took very good care of me. Ebony was definitely on her A game. There were 2 other ladies that I can't remember by name. One of the ladies was bright completed with braids and the other was chocolate and slim with braids. These 3 ladies made my stay more enjoyable. Their customer service was impressive and I will never forget. I will always choose the Holiday Inn Express or Holiday Inn because of them. Please share this with them and tell them hello from me.

After I reserved the room a week prior to my visit, I was in route to the hotel from Texas, and I received a phone call informing me that my room was purchased by someone else and yall were totally booked . Very unprofessional in my opinion, will never even attempt to stay at this hotel again !
