Staff was nice. I like the set up of Breakfast.

Room was ok, but wasn't cleaned well. Hair on shower wall, mirror, etc. Baseboards & corners not cleaned week. Bathroom was subpar overall. Needs deep clean or remodeling upgrades in general. Baby roach in shower in the middle of the night.

The women in the kitchen area was so very nice and sweet in spite of what I was dealing with in my room they made me feel a little bit more comfortable, although I was so very upset.

The first night, my husband and I took a shower, changed into some night clothes laid across the bed, only to find that the bed was soaking wet. We kept calling down to the front desk, they claimed they were helping other people, it was 12 o’clock in the morning. my husband finally, went down to get the manager after blow drying the wet spot with a hairdryer I have pictures too! His name was Seddrick and he brought up extra sheets. He said they were out of rooms. He noticed that the bed was soaked all the way through, it had to be like a 20 inch mattress. The room smelled really bad and there was a moldy Juice container, orange juice container under the mattress sitting right on the boxspring I wonder whoever wash the mattress couldn’t see the juice bottle. The manager came with extra blankets knowingly, these blankets were going to get wet to so he found us a handicap room the bed was much smaller, but the room was bigger. I still was very much uncomfortable because my husband and I have a huge king size bed. We ordered a king bed, but was given the handicap room with a queen bed. We have to settle for a queen felt like a full size bed.  Anyway, seddrick said we were going to get reimbursed for one night and this was July 3, 2023 and I still have not received my refund. I need the whole refund now.  after blow drying the wet spot with a hairdryer I have pictures too.
