Knowledgeable courteous staff from front desk to housekeeping..

Broken elevator, Starbucks coffee was awful.

Parking was horrible. Afraid to leave at night cause you would loose parking spot. Needs to be wrecker on site all time to haul people cars that don’t stay at hotel. People using parking lot to go to boardwalk

They did not clean our room so we did not have any coffee the next morning

The location was in a great area. We were close to the boardwalk. Everything was within walking distance.

Upon arrival when we entered the king Suite there was a smell of mildew throughout the room. The bathroom also had hair all over the floor, indicating it hadn't been cleaned properly. When I called the front desk I was offered a can of Lysol to mask the smell and to have the front desk associate come up to clean the bathroom which I declined and asked to be moved because the smell in the room. No other suites were available so we settled for a standard king room.. which was clean and had no smell upon entering. Also it was my mistake not reading the fine print, but the pictures are misleading they do not have an open pool. So that was a little disappointing to learn.
