комунікація з клієнтом, де спрацювують досі патерни пострадянського сервісу - не дорахувавшись двох келихів співробітник одразу довів до відома, що я їх розбив), тому маю компенсувати) На альтернативну версію, що їх там не було адміністратор запропонував формулу - це наш стандарт, тож це означає в її світі, що вони були. Таким чином, треба зважувати, що входить в стандарт, якщо раптом чемодан золота в тумбочці, будьте готові його повернути при виселенні) Питання вирішилось за дві хвилини, коли співробітники з'ясували між собою свої стандарти, але ж чому клієнт був втягнутий в їх гру) то вже питання для опрацювання колективу та керівнику готеля на майбутнє, що їм важливіше шашечки(келихи), чи їхати ( репутація, якість сервісу, комунікації). Вдячний за цей досвід.

Very close proximity to the port, many restaurants and bars, excellent spot. As an extra, when Russia launches missiles you'll see the Ukrainian air defence and maybe get woken up by them. Great room size

The fact that you can't flush toilet paper down the toilet...

Room was quite big, very comfortable bed, includes everything I might have needed for a day or a few days. Room also had a balcony 🥰 Location is also amazing, and the personnel is very helpful.

Overall our stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The location is excelent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We recommend this hotel.

During the weekend, was really loud from the club downstairs, the building is under the reconstruction, also, we needed to ask for clean towels We didn’t spend much time in the hotel, so the inconveniences didn’t bother us that much
