Sehr geräumiges Appartement in toller Lage im Zentrum von Nizza. Tram, mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Nicht weit bis zum Bahnhof Nice Ville. Optimal!

Not clean at all. Last two days without hot water. agency runs the appartment prety poorly.

Very roomy for 3 people. Close to walk to many restaurants and beaches.

The flat is big and comfortable, with two balconies. The beds were pretty comfortable and we were provided with enough towels, sheets and blankets.

The check-in was more than one our late. We called the property several times and wrote to them on WhatsApp, and we only received a call from the person who was supposed to check us in half an hour after arriving at the property (which was on time). They said they would be at least half an hour more late, which they were (a bit more than hour late in total). The person explained that they had an issue with another customer that caused the delay, but I don’t believe that other guests should suffer because of that. The forecast said it would rain, which it luckily didn’t, so we were at least saved from waiting in the rain. The showers in the facility were borderline unusable. The pressure was very low, especially if both bathrooms were being used at the same time, and the hot-cold gauge was very slow.

Location is a 7 min walk to the beach--perfect location. The property is safe and clean and on a nice street. Has cafes close by and a grocery store. The apartment is spacious and it is nice to spread out. The hosts (managed by a company) are very responsive. Washing machine is there as well. Providing a beach umbrella in the utility closet was a nice touch. Primary bedroom has patio and a very nice air conditioner.

The living room air conditioner could have been a newer model. This AC was loud and inadequate in size. There is no fan in the second bedroom with twin beds--had to open a window to sleep as there is no AC in this room. The primary bedroom tub is not good to shower as water can spill out all over--simply meant for soaking. The drain in the hallway bathroom shower was slow and backing up--I had to clean it out and it felt like I was back home.

the bathrooms were older and not very well lit 2 out of 3 down lights were not working. There was no shower curtain and water got all over the floor!

The apartment was bright and spacious, in a beautiful old house with an elevator. It was nice to have air conditioning to cool down the room before going to bed in the summer heat. Sitting on the balcony in the evening was very enjoyable. Everything was as described and worked well. Johanna who welcomed us was very friendly. Conveniently, the apartment is in walking distance to the beach and to the train station.

Some things could have been cleaner: Some corners smelled of dog and there was dog hair in the carpet, several kitchen cupboards were sticky and smelly, the toilet brushes looked like they were in use for 20 years, the toothbrush cup was very dirty and it would have been nice to be provided with fresh kitchen sponge and cloth especially considering the high rent. Some of the cooking utensils were falling apart and could be replaced. We left some salt and oil for the guests after us as these basic cooking things were not provided. The tiny clothes drying rack was not sufficient to hang a washing machine full of laundry. Not the fault of the host, but very annoying: There seems to be a construction site in the house across the yard from the bedroom which was very noisy, so it would wake us in the morning and also prevented us from having breakfast on the balcony.

The apartement is very nice, big with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The location couldn’t be better, close to the City and the beach but absolutely silent. I recommend it to everybody.

We received only 3 pieces of coffee capsules for 3 days and 3 person. The doors squaeked which was a little bit botheting at night when you went to the toilet and the others were sleeping :)
