Rain shower broken, no soap in bathroom dispensers, 6 high hats not lighting, washing machine drying cycle doesn’t work

The position. The flat is very close to the lake.

No good value for money. The flat is very basic, not a lot of furniture ( there was no cupboard to put our clothes we had to remove some dishes and other stuff in order to have some shelves for clothes . The flat was not very clean, very poorly furnished, not enough kitchen wear. No tools to clean the flat provided. It looks like the landlord just put there all the old/unwanted stuff they had at home. For the price we paid it was really unexpected We only received one pair of keys and we were obliged to do everything together. No service even if apparently there's a "conciergerie" they were not really available to help. We asked for some piece of furniture for our clothes or for a solution to store our bikes at night or for a baby table seat And the answer we received was really unpleasant, no customer oriented at all. Not a good location if you travel with babies or bikes or for a long stay. We were really disappointed with the presentation of the flat on booking and what we got. It's not money-worth at all

Location is excellent being close to the swimming parts of the lake and walking distance to the old town

Needed another fan or air conditioning as the apartment is not set up well for summer heat. Oven and toaster blew fuses when other appliances were also running. Shower head doesn't work well.

The size

We felt at home in this apartment and would stay there again - it was clean and bright. (Annecy is delightful town, and the lake and mountains are magical!) This location is quiet and close to the Lake/Beach "Plage d'Albigny" (2-5 min walk). The bed (queen size) was comfortable. This place would be perfect for a couple on a relaxing vacation. We are a family of four, and it was totally satisfactory for a 4-day stay.

This apartment is a farther walk (15-30 min) to restaurants, bakeries, and the main town area. The pull-out couch was small (double bed size) and uncomfortable: squeaky with a thin mattress. We were there in June, and while the days were beautiful, the apartment got hot at night - one more fan would help so much!
