The room was clean, minimalistic, and modern style. Towel cleaning was fast. The location is good, and the view is decent if you enjoy the mid-busy neighborhood.

Whatever amenities and service on the booking.com were not updated. There are a lot of rules and extra payments that make guests uncomfortable. You need to rent a dish for ¥1000/day + depending on the night you are staying. 99% No front office service available. So if you have luggage you need to keep in your car or look for a local place (coin locker or ..) to keep your back before/after check in/out.

-The location was very accessible to shopping areas, transportation, convenience stores, restaurants, a post office. -The price was reasonable. -The amenities. -The regular updates of the host during the typhoon and the quick response to my questions and requests.

I wish the kitchen utensils/tableware were included in the room and not for rental.

Good location, relatively close to American Village. Easy to rent bikes nearby so you can bike to the village or Araha beach if you don’t want to walk. Easy check in and check out. Enjoyed our stay at Emi Resort, comfy room and a lot of space.

When I accidentally moved into the wrong room the nice staff lady and customer were very understanding. I felt very bad for moving into the wrong room however they quickly made arrangements for the customer to have a different room for which I am very grateful

Very good TV with many of the most common apps installed with internet access.

It's not the hotel's fault, it's just that at Okinawa>Chatan>Kadena place matter, american fighter jets can fly for a many tens of minutes during the day. If you are bothered by the huge noise for some reason, then I recommend another prefecture. - But it is possible that this is no longer current so I recommend asking the reception) In hot weather with an open window at night, noisy cars, motorbikes or people can easily be heard from the nearest regular small city road, which again relates to location and depends on outside influences, how people behave. Only the pillow was too big for me to lay my head (maybe they have another smaller pillows, I didn't ask them)

the staff were very welcoming, and they always went out of there to make sure their guest were staying comfortably. The location was in a great spot along with the pricing per night. the room was clean and straightforward.

The Air Conditioning could have been a lot better. It took hours and i was still sweating.

I cannot tell you just how amazing the staff at this hotel is period from the date of check in to check in to the day of departure they bent over backwards to make this as comfortable as stay as possible. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are wonderful hosts and a very good hotel in a very good area near all of the military bases and American Village.
