Lovely property around the corner from Wiggly Bridge. Easy walk to York Harbor Beach. Kevin was easy to reach and was fast responding to any issues. The property was newer and updated compared to many in the area and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property close to York Harbor Beach, York Village and with easy access to long and short sands beaches
as well as Nubble light. Nice for walking to Wiggly Bridge and other scenic trails.

The cottage looks out over a salt pond, and has been completely updated and well appointed to take care of any and every need. We loved our 15 minute walk along the harbor canal straight to york harbor beach. We spent the day agter lunch on the front porch, reading books and taking a dip at the beach. Then we walked across the wiggly bridge to the nature preserve exploring the maine shore birds. We spent some time in the spectacular ogunquit art museum, drinks at the cliff house and then lobster at barnacle billies. Everything was delicious.We are old friends from unh and could not have had more fun if we tried. Thank you for sharing your gem by the harbor.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property. It is very cozy and comfortable. It is convenient to all the beaches and activities in York but on a quiet street near the Wiggly Bridge. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

My family and I had a wonderful time at Kevin’s home. It was clean, beautifully decorated, cozy and fully stocked. The beds were comfortable along with the living room areas. The lay out is perfect for all to be together but yet have a little space. We would definitely rent again. Thank you Kevin!

The house was great for our two week stay. We absolutely loved it. It was cozy, comfortable with all the features of a modern, up to date home. The location is great in a quiet neighborhood, so close to the beautiful harbor and just a few minutes from the beach. Great restaurants close by but also very convenient for preparing meals at the house. We've already booked again for next year!!

My husband and family stayed at this property for my son’s wedding at the York Golf & Tennis Club. This is a great home with all the amenities needed to enjoy your time away. We didn’t have to stress about anything but concentrate on our celebration.

House was great, two living rooms with teenagers was perfect. Rooms all had air, which for this week was so needed! Location was quiet but centrally located for exploring kittery, ogunquit and of course York! York beach was walkable and the trails were great. House was well equipped with all amenities, except keurig but that was fine. Just a great rental!

The kitchen was well equip for elaborate diners and big breakfasts. A nice and clean BBQ was also available.
Close to the beaches, Outlets and many restaurants, this house is a fun place to be rain or shine.

Easy access make it a place we recommend and will for sur rent again.
P.S For electric car owners especially for Quebec, it was a bit difficult to find a place to charge.
Our Quebec member card for the electrical terminal did not work in the USA terminal close to the house as promise from CAA.
So just be careful to have the right information for the electrical terminal close to the beach house.
All in all great place for a quick vacation at the Beach.

The home was just as described. Beautiful neighborhood, quiet and calm, close to everything. Just a 3 minute walk to the water, with a nice path and area to walk right at the waters edge. We were there for our son's wedding. It was a 5 minute drive from the venues. The home provided space for us to get ready and for family to stop by to visit. The front porch was wonderful to sit and share lunch. The small patio in the back was peaceful to sit and have a cup of coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay again because of the location and the features of the home, updated but still without losing the original charm of the home. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

The house was nice & in a great location.
We liked that there was a walking trail close by & close to stores & restaurants.
This was our 4th rental stay on this vacation & was surprised that we had to make our own beds when arrived. they charged the same cleaning fee as the other 3 places we stayed.
We did encounter a few issues & the Host said he would take care of them for future guests.
All in all, a good stay!

The patio and grill area made for a fabulous night's dinner with our family. The deck was warm and sunny and so peaceful. We were close to the Wiggly Bridge and walked every night, as well as close to the village area. This really is a great find!

This property was impeccably clean and well maintained. The neighborhood was quiet but easily accessible. Favorite part was sitting on the front porch listening to the birds enjoying the sunshine.

The location and size of the house was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable and the house nice and clean. Having access to a washer & dryer and a full kitchen were a bigger help than I expected. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We absolutely made the right choice in selecting this house for our niece’s wedding. The house is conveniently located to the attractions in York that met all the ages of our family. The accommodations were very comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and checking/out process easy.

This gem of a home is perfectly situated between a short walk to town and a stroll to the beach. Well appointed with everything you'd need for a week away, this home allows you to live like a local in a quiet neighborhood along the coast of Maine. This place is on our list for a repeat visit.

Excellent séjour! La maison est plus grande qu'elle n'y parait. Lits très confortables!
Nous avons adoré la tranquilité du voisinage, la proximité avec la petite plage locale facilement accessible à pied et l'épicerie plutôt près en voiture. La maison répondait à tous nos besoins: jolie, douillette, propre, pratique! Nous étions 2 jeunes familles et tout nous convenait. Aucun point négatif à mentionner.

Just Book it Already!
My husband and I have been using VRBO for years and have booked multiple houses at all price points. So far, this has been one of our favorites. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The owner was very quick to respond; the property was very clean and modernized and the location was amazing. We will probably try to book the same property next year.

My family and I stayed there for my daughter's graduation from UNH. House was great - kitchen well stocked, clean, comfortable. It was super - and easy walking to town, or around the water. Communication with the host was easy. We really enjoyed ourselves!

Perfect cottage near the sea
We searched north and south for a dog friendly house to rent on or near the beach. Most were too large or too small or dingy and dated.
We kept going back to this cottage. It was the perfect fit for us. Quiet neighborhood, easy access to restaurants and walking trails and the most adorable dog friendly beach.
Although It was cold, we went to the beach everyday and walked while our dog chased her ball and splashed in the waves.
We cooked every meal except one - I craved sushi and my husband chose Chinese. We went to Green Leaves in York. Yikes, I thought the fish would be old. Instead, it was delicious.
Our only regret is we didn’t book two weeks. Next time.
