There are four rooms off a shared area. Like a B&B but no staff on site. Meet at the building and staff in time, pleasant and good English. Really clean and tidy. Only one issue whilst we were there about water going cold but they replied to messages quickly and arranged a plumber. Location is great as near metro station and loads of restaurants and gelaterie within local area

location was perfect, funky room with cool shower. bed was super comfy and host was lovely.

only thing missing is a long length mirror. there was only 1 in the bathroom that I had to share with my partner so kinda annoying getting ready in the morning but apart from that, perfect ☺️

Very cosy and welll decorated apartment. Very close to metro station.

The cleaning service was not appropriate (just towel changing) and bed linen were not changed during our 6-day staying. Also we had to buy toiletry facilities (i.e. toilet paper) as it was not on time replenished.

Great location and very close to public transport. The room was clean and comfortable. Emanuela was kind and helpful.

The metro station was right at the corner Nice atmosphere in apartment Nice building with elevator Parking in the private garage(10€ per night)

Breakfast: for breakfast you get cupons for caffe which was near the building. You can choose between espresso and cappuccino then between fresh orange juice and juice and you can choose one croissant. You get the italian feeling which was nice but the choice could be bigger.

the communication was not perfect, we requested some things that didn’t work out - we asked for two forms to be printed but only got one (we needed these to board our flight, so it was inconvenient) and then the airport transfer never arrived so we had to wait in the heat for thirty minutes and take a very expensive Uber to the airport. also the small bed was not very comfortable. and if you arrive early you can’t get in - there is nobody at the hotel at most times - so we had to wait in brutal heat for an hour with all our luggage and our child.

The location is great, right near a metro station. There are a lot of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The host was very friendly; she sent us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit; she was always available in case we had questions. The room was nice, modern and was ok for a couple: the shower is actually in the room.

The windows have only balck-out curtains, so there is no way to let the light in without loosing all the intimacy. This is not a big deal but I think it can be a good improvement.

Nice location, very close to the subway, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The host was very kind and helpful.

The soundproofing of rooms was very poor. We were able to hear everything from all apartments near ours, the hallway and common kitchen too.

So clean and it smells good just entering the apartments :) It's so quite in the morning even its near the busy street

Couldn't hang on conditioner remote, some instructions might have been an option to have :)

The place is very well located, next to Re di Roma metro station. Few pizzerias and gelaterias near by, we had the chance to taste the Italian goodies without going too far :) The Right Place indeed deserves it’s name, it is a very welcoming, clean and friendly place. The hosts were very nice, gave us all the details we needed and answered to all our questions. We enjoyed our stay and we’re looking forward to our next vacation in Rome - for sure we’ll come back to The Right Place!

The place is perfect for couples. The fact that the shower has transparent doors makes it a bit inappropriate for families with children .

Location was perfect! A short metro into the city center and everything was very walkable. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. We loved all the additional touches that were added (e.g. the lovely welcome package). There was a cleaning service twice per week which was a plus! Lastly, the host was very responsive and welcoming!

There are unnecessary steps right when you enter the room. My friend fell on one of the steps the first day and had a swollen and bruised knee for the rest of the trip. Further, the shower is a quite small and there was no shelf to put clothes or items on in the bathroom.

Very clean and cozy room in a wonderful location! Kind and friendly staff! We had everything we asked for our comfort!

Nice bed and breakfast in this area. I did not have any expectations, but it was ok. The only hic - I should tell them! :) - was the shower gel in the shower.... almost impossible to use :) but finally I succeeded :D

The room and bathroom were spotless clean and spacious. The staff was very attentive, welcoming and informative throughout the whole stay!

The a/c was a bit noisy

It is very spacious compared to conventional hotel room, comfortable and well equipped like a home. Conveniently located close to the metro and train station which takes you directly to the airport. After a whole day visit in Rome, we came back to the apartment and felt relaxed as at home. Spacious bathroom and good shower. Very friendly hosts as well. Will definitely stay here again if come back to Rome.
