Unreal meal with a beautiful room. Easily the best meal we had in Albania with honey, veggies and cheese right from the property. The Gurra brothers were great hosts.

The family are the most nice and warm hearted people that just tried everything to make our stay perfect and were very helpful. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and the location is perfect to explore Theth and go on hikes. The rooms and the common area were very clean. I can highly recommend coming here.

Everything was perfect : the rooms are beautiful, the staff are very friendly, great location. Breakfast had good variety and we even stayed for dinner, that was also worth every penny.

We were bowled over by Christian and the family’s hospitality. This has been by far our favourite stay in the Balkans. The guesthouse is beautifully finished with clean and modern rooms. The breakfast is plentiful with some nice touches such as local cheese and fig jam. It is located near the national park entrance thus making the ideal location for hiking. Overall, we were very impressed with Theth, Albania and most importantly the locals. Would definitely recommend this to all and we will hopefully stay again in the future! Thank you once again to Christian and the gurra family.

No complaints . Small suggestion that the guesthouse should charge people for extras such as laundry! It was too kind of them to provide free laundry to us.

One of the best locations of our Albania Trip so far. Very central in Theth, perfect location to start or finish the Theth-Valbona Trail. Room was clean, balcony with a great view and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for the great time.

Gurra Family Guesthouse is a small guest house run by the whole Gurra family! The hospitality of this place is a 10, They started as a coffee house and then expanded into a restaurant and eventually started the guest house. Their family run restaurant on the property is excellent. We hiked there from Valbonna which is one of the reasons we chose this place. Their place is one of the closer guesthouses to the end of the trail and we knew we would be tired after hiking all day. Our room had a small balcony which we enjoyed sitting out on. It was very quiet at night and the beds were comfortable. The adult son speaks good English so it was easy to communicate.

We loved how the entire family was dedicated to run this guesthouse in caring way. When we arrived they were still finishing constructions of the last 4 rooms. But they only did it during the day, so that it never bothered us. The rooms were new and nicely decorated. We even had a small balcony on which we were able to sit with a nice view on the mountains. The breakfast was traditional and we liked it a lot. We also ate dinner at gurra family and we saw that a lot of people from other guesthouses also went to there, as it was delicious. Had a great time with Klisman who taught us an albanian card game over some Rakis. Thanks for everything!

Only a small thing that wasn't crucial. A second bin in the bedroom would be useful.

Friendly staff. Very good breakfast included. Restaurant for dinner was also good and served tasty traditional Albanian food.
