夕朝食どちらも美味しくいただきました。お部屋も広く、テラスからの景色にも癒されのんびり滞在できました。4歳娘も、大満足のステイでした。
到着時に、送迎車をお願いしていてその時に、旧軽井沢をチェックイン前に散策したいと伝えると、お店がオフシーズンでほとんど空いていないと言われアウトレットで時間を潰してから向かいましたが、実際行くと行きたかったカフェやお土産屋さんは調べていた通り空いていたので少し時間を無駄にしてしまったのが少し残念でした。

Rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Temperature control is excellent and food and service of the highest order. There is shuttle service to ski center and railway station which is very efficient as well.
It’s not as convenient as the Prince hotels which are just next to the ski areas. But it’s near enough (about 5-10 minutes drive away). Sometimes when it gets busy we have to wait for the shuttle, but hotel staff do try their best to make it efficient. Not many taxis around so unfortunately couldn’t go too far off from the rail station and Prince hotel areas.

Off the main street, many good restaurants like Suju and the ramen shop next door, comfortable quiet rooms. Staff very friendly and having the shuttle to station was useful. Managed to sort out my taxi plans in the town and good suggestions.
Not have an all day lobby service for food. Breakfast could have more variety.

book a twin room with tatami for 4pax. second night have to make our own tatami. small onsen and a Japanese family of 3 occupy the makeup place for ages. notices should be put to highlight consideration for other hotel users. this is not a place for coffee conversation. breakfast also very rigid only one main which perfectly fine but if your main is French toast you can’t order more eggs like sunny side up or poached. it’s extra cost. not worth paying the price of stayi

1. Great location! Bus stop is literally right outside the hotel. Bus around Karuizawa tourist spots are outside. It is also literally at the entrance of the old Ginza street which has great snacks. If needed, the hotel can also drive 5 mins to the Karuizawa station where you can do all the shopping at the outlet.

Stylish interiors, excellent room, hot baths
Breakfast was disappointing compared to last visit in 2019. Staff were not very friendly regarding getting transport from hotel to train station so we decided to walk

The place is nice. The staff is very nice. The room is quite big so its good for family with the kids. The location is far from the ski resort but they have a shuttle bus where you can catch and request time in advance so its quite good.
The breakfast is not variety. We stayed for 5 nights and the main course is exactly the same even the buffet is the same. We got bored of it so we ended up finding breakfast outside the hotel.

Great location. Free shuttle to/fro train station. it is also only 7-8mins walk. Main shopping street, food right outside hotel. There is a really nice cocktail bar right outside hotel.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to Kyu Karuizawa and a couple of other sites. Room is nice and spacious. The breakfast was particularly good.

Top notch world class customer service, shuttle service to and from the station, wonderful public bath and corona virus safety measures. All of the staff made the stay personable. I strongly recommend the hotel.

The hotel was close to perfect, the service was excellent, the hotel had a very cozy, modern design, a very nice Onsen, the breakfast was excellent, the location is very good. we loce to come back again and we would definitley recommend the hotel, as well for families.
The restaurant „Sonorite“ shouldn‘t be so strict with not accepting kids

We liked the rooms which were big and comfy. The staff were also great, nice and professional. We enjoyed our stay as the location is also superb
It is unfortunate that I could not get Hilton honors points and all benefits of Hilton gold members since I booked from booking.com. Perhaps, if you want to get points for your stay and enjoy membership benefits, book from the Hilton website.

The food is delicious, the staff is lovely and professional and they help with any questions or queries. The location of the hotel could not be more convenient. It was our 3rd stay and we can't wait to go back!
The beds are a bit stiff but this can also be because of a personal preference to a softer mattress. I still slept well.

Impressed with the COVID measures facility has implemented. Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Menu was limited but options available were delicious

The hotel’s ambiance is modern and calm, the food was very good, the staff was extremely professional and kind. A very welcoming and pleasant atmosphere all around. And I say this as a very very picky traveler. We traveled there with a baby and they were very helpful and kind. We cannot wait to go back!
Walls on hallways need to be redone and need better lighting. It looks like they have a bit of wear and tear and doesn’t go with the rest of the hotel’s looks. This is not a deal breaker for me, but like I said, I am very picky.
