Great weather, great stay. Room was very clean and comfortable. Only wished refrigerator had ice maker or at least ice trays.. we did go out and purchased a few( which we left for the next renters). I would definitely recommend and would stay again

We love staying in this condo every year! Our family trip every year is great due to this place. Beds are completely perfect, staff is very helpful and security on premises all make this a perfect family vacation!!

Condo layout and location was great. Condo could use some touch up painting in areas. Bathroom door in master bedroom needs to be replaced. There was also a sewer smell at times coming up through bathroom and kitchen sinks. Overall, nice place to stay on quieter end of the beach.

The view from the balcony was amazing! Very clean complex. This condo looks as pictured on line. Only complaint is the wi-fi connection. Informed they will be going with a new provider in January 2023.

Close to beach. Good balcony views. Tiny tiny washer and dryer. Very Limited pots and pans.
Easy to work with and easy to contact someone. Overall we had a great time.

Watercrest 1004 “Neptune’s Reef”
Renting this unit was very easy through VRBO and communication was excellent. Property was as it was described however I recommend owner have a plumber come and clean out drains as they all were very slow to drain. Mattresses in both master suites were very uncomfortable and owners should look at replacing. Overall our experience was great!

Nice condo
Layout of the rooms was great. Plenty of room. The TVs are old and out dated. Water and ice in fridge door was nice. Overall an older condo but still nice.

We LOVE this condo. It’s perfect for our family. We try to get the same one every year. Thank you for being great and always there to help!

Maintenance
The fridge leaked water. So no ice or water from it the whole week. Had to buy ice. The dryer’s lint trap was broken and seemed unsafe to use. The call button on the elevator was broken on our floor.

Nice location but the room and facilities were just ok.
Owners and rental office were great to work with. We’re able to check in early but room was not clean. All glass tops on furniture had sand on them. Under all furniture there was dirt and sand. None of the glass windows and mirrors had been washed and were full of finger prints. Clogged bathroom sink and toilet. Rental office fixed it all rather quickly. None of the tvs worked as all cables were unplugged etc. Bathroom door in one of the masters needs replaced. Fridge water and ice dispenser did not work. Tiki hut was a joke. Don’t eat there. Most likely wont return to this place in general. Other than the quiet location on the beach, not much to brag about. Hate to leave such a review but need to be honest. For future renters.

Great for families
We were 2 families of 4. Kids slept in the bunk room which was perfect! TVs were a bit dated, had cable, but we brought fire sticks and a ps4 for the living room tv. Beds were comfy (top bunk only holds 100lbs tho!!) and kitchen was stocked. Pretty spacious overall, even had room for a couple of bikes in the closets. Location was great, about 7mi to pier park, away from the hustle and bustle of PCB. Just a mile or 2 from St Andrews Park which is a nice state park with calm water beaches, good snorkling, and ferry rides to shell island.

Comfortable and Great Location
The condo was clean and comfortable. Even though there was only 2 of us it could comfortably accommodate 2, maybe even 3 families. The balcony provided a beautiful view. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Condo Ever
We stayed three nights. We were alerted that our condo was ready for us two hours before listed check in time. We had three cars and due to only two spaces available at the condo the property management told us we could park one car at their office . How kind is that. The spacious condo was perfect for three couples and two small children. The view was amazing. There was everything we needed supplied for us and every worker we encountered was so kind.
Thanks for a wonderful weekend, we plan to book here every year!!!

We had a great family vacation. Condo was just as described. It was clean and beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend this condo and we would stay here again.

Hurricane Sally
Unfortunately Hurricane Sally hit during our stay. However, we made the best of it. The condo was as advertised. The view was great. We picked the location because it is near the park and not as much traffic. We would love to go back during better weather. Emerald Beach Property Management was available any time we had questions and made checking in easy.

Definitely an above average property, very good location a great beachfront and fantastic balcony view. Could have had a few more outside amenities. The building itself is a bit dated but not complaining.

Much needed vacation
Our time in PCB was amazing. The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The two master bedrooms was a nice feature, along with the 3rd bedroom that had a bunk bed plus a queen sized bed. The unit had a fantastic view beach/Gulf. The check-in process was seamless. I would recommend a few more staples be available in the kitchen - plastic pitcher, more utensils (forks), wine glasses, pans/skillets of different sizes, and a few more pots. I reached out to the property manager on our first day and her response was quick!!! Overall, great vacation and great unit.

Vacay 2020
Great location. Beach access was superb. Condo could have been cleaner and kitchen was missing a large skillet and could have definitely used a new pot holder. Overall was a wonderful week spent with family.

Amazing Views
Our group had an amazing time in Panama City Beach because of this condo and the complex! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. We couldn’t have asked for better views. It was convenient to rent chairs directly in front of the condo. Security made sure that only authorized visitors could access the pool. We would definitely return!

Great Week
The stay at the Watercrest was wonderful. The no stop check-in process, key code access when condo was ready, was fabulous. Then the 3 bedroom/ 3 bathroom condo was spacious enough for my entire family. And then you add the breath taking ocean view from the balcony and it couldn't get any better. We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. It was a great place to stay and yes we would do it again in a heartbeat!

We had a great experience here. We received a text message letting us know our unit was ready. The next morning we received a text message giving us contact info if we needed anything. The air conditioning wasn't working so I called and spoke with Karen, she was so kind and helpful!! Within minutes someone came to look at it and by mid afternoon it was fixed. They wanted to make sure our stay was nothing short of excellent. They were easy to contact with quick response times. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The pool area was really nice and clean. We never had trouble getting chairs around the pool. Overall great vacation!!

Good stay
The views were absolutely stunning and having two master on the ocean front is awesome!! A few things could’ve been better(broom - no dustpan, master bedroom tv has no hdmi inputs, had to call for housekeeping as both master beds were sandy but they were there within an hour and super nice.) Beyond the view the next best thing was the beds- everyone single one of us loved how well we all slept. Tons of towels were available! We had perfect weather. Loved that we were beach front but farther down Thomas Dr so it wasn’t anywhere near as busy. Quick elevators too!!

Very nice
This condo was very nice. We did have issues with the shower but it was fixed very quickly. If i ever make it back i will definitely want to rent this again. Everything is just a short drive away.

We had a great time. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures showed. The views were amazing! The condo was clean and well stocked. We already are planning on booking again next year!!!

Perfect for 2 couples and a couple of kids!
Loved 2 master suites. Perfect set up for 2 couples with a few kids who can bunk together. Well appointed. Nice layout. Comfortable. Great location. Watercrest building remodel was very nice. Excellent pool area.

Spring Break 2018
Loved the location. Not too many people crowded on beach either. Close to a lot of activities as well. 2nd bedroom toilet overflowed one night and two of the bathrooms were missing trash cans. Also, there was a broom but no dust pan. The master bedroom has a broken shower head and rarely produced hot water for showers. All of these items were minor and didn't ruin our stay. Would definitely book this unit again.

Place is beautiful, it just need better cleaning
Shower are nasty, beds you can se hairs all over and you can feel the sand, like never got cleaned up from the privous visit.

Nice building, Not the best Unit
This unit was lacking in some basics - trash cans in two bathrooms, mats to wipe your feet upon entry of multiple doors, wine glasses, cutting board. The vacuum did not work and the floor had clearly not been cleaned or mopped when we arrived. I've stayed in many units on Thomas Dr. and this one was not the best. The bathtub in the second water front room needs to be replaced.
