The apartment is very compact, had all we required for our 6 night stay and is well situated. It was a cold start to Spring in Manly, so it was fortunate that the heater was replaced promptly when it broke down. Jarmo, as owner, did a good job of making us feel welcome on arrival.

The unit is clean and well equipped. The view to the beach and ocean is so wonderful. Our stay there was comfortable and pleasant. The property manager is very kind and helpful.

Perfect apartment for a couple. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Beautiful views of Manly beach. Access to and from Sydney is very convenient with the Manly Fast Ferry. Communication with the owner is very easy. Owner is very helpful and provides good suggestions for getting around.

This was our 2nd time in 4 years to stay in the same apartment for about a month. The owners are very pleasant, responsive and accommodating. The apartment is very clean, well organized and furnished with comfortable bed, sofa, dining, cooking appliances and appropriate pots, pans and dishes. Everything was exactly as the internet sight stated. We will be back to Australia and most definitely will return to this unit on Manly Beach. Beautiful views!

Well equipped and centrally located to everything we needed. Loved taking the ferry into Sydney. The landlord met us at the ferry and showed us around. Very nice of him.

In the heart of Manly, overlooking Manly Beach and Shelley Beach the apartment was the ideal location for us, although it has a large glass area, the blinds are efficient so even the day when the temperature reached 40 degrees we were able to stay comfortable. Great place to watch the ever changing sea

The view is a little better than the picture. We stayed about 2 months and really it was just like home only a better location. Jarmo has literally thought of everything. From all the dish wear, utensils and linens to beach towels and umbrellas, even an emergency flashlight hanging in the closet. Jarmo called every week or so just to check in and make sure all was well and it was. They were the perfect off site hosts and we appreciate all they did for us.

This apartment was spotlessly clean and was beautifully appointed with quality, contemporary furnishings. The owners had paid great attention to detail, supplying everything required for a comfortable stay. The view from the apartment over Manly beach was fantastic and I would highly recommend it, particularly as it is situated on the top floor of a building which is very private and secure, with CCTV cameras throughout.

We were visiting family [who live near Manly] from the UK and the town provided all that we needed and more, plus the ferry into Sydney is just perfect for exploring and access. Staying for 4 weeks we found the laundry provision on the roof very convenient & we were thrilled to find so many practical extras provided in the apartment and topped-up weekly e.g. detergent/toilet paper/body-wash/coffee capsules etc. The weekly clean & change of linen also first class. A quality hairdryer too - which far exceeded the usual hotel standard provided! Wi-fi signal was a bit spasmodic but as we were on holiday we took a relaxed approach to that. Being on 9th floor with the amazing view to wake up to daily was an another bonus but we did find the lifts a bit slow as one was frequently out of action and the building is obviously home to many so there was a fair amount of waiting around at times. However I would certainly recommend the apartment as a good value for money holiday home.

All was catered for, including a mobile phone.Both units we're set up perfectly,views from the units are awsome, we even managed to see some whale activity.Jarmo and team have two perfect units. We highly recommend these units for anyone wishing to stay in Manly. Ferries are close by.

We rented both of Jarmo's flats when visiting family recently. Communication was good and he was kind enough to meet us at the the ferry terminal. The flat was exactly as pictured and was kept very well for us by the cleaner throughout our stay. Essentials, cooking supplies and a courtesy mobile phone were provided and the internet service was very reliable. Parking was also catered for and we were never unable to find a space. The views from the flat were stunning and the location was extremely convenient, not only for Manly but also for access to the ferry and therefore Sydney city itself. As mentioned in other reviews, the lifts were slow at times but this was not a great inconvenience. We hope to return to the property for future visits - thank you very much, Jarmo!

I rented out Jarmo's place for 3 weeks and couldn't have asked for a better location. Close to everything you need in Manly -restaurants, shops, the beaches and an easy and memorable commute to downtown Sydney via the Manly Ferry. The apartment was very clean and having weekly housecleaning a real bonus. The kitchen was well appointed. Good sleeps listening to the sound of the waves each night. Communication between Jarmo and I was timely and informative. I felt if I had any concerns they would be well taken care of. Terry helped to settle me into the place and greeted me with lots of detail. I arrived earlier than the check in time and was accommodated which was wonderful after a long flight. All in all a very pleasant experience and I have no hesitation about making a recommendation.

A great place to rest while also close to cafes and great walks. I was impressed with all the finishes in the apartment and how comfortable it was. The owner met me, helped me into the car park and explained details of the apartment. I visit Manly often and this was an easy and refreshing place to stay!

Super amazing view, facilities are well, Jarmo is very friendly, so does those beautiful wild cucktoos, a cool place for escape your work and life for a while and enjoy the Manly Beach, I really loved staying in Jarmo's place, I wish could come back soon

This apartment is superb. The hosts are extremely accomodating and helpful. I'm a self confessed snob when it comes to accomodation and this place checked all the boxes - it was like a home away from home. Netflix is even included on the TV and they gave us use of a local mobile phone to use for our Australia-based calls (useful for us as we live in San Francisco) during our stay.

It's an amazing place, clean, great view, facilities are good, the host is friendly and never disturbs me when I am staying there, however if I have special needs to contact them, they will attend my needs soon through the most friendly and considerable way, I enjoyed my 9 days staying there very much, hope to come back again in future.

Beautiful view and easy walking distance to beach. Apt is close to all amenities, shops and ferry transportation, while providing privacy. Well equipped including umbrellas in case of rain. We were met at the Manly Wharf and guided to the apt. Time was taken to provide all details necessary for living in the apt. and the building. There was contact to follow up on any needs we might have halfway through our stay. Cell phone provided for local calls. Thank you Jarmo and your son Jerry for your hospitality and a wonderful stay at Manly beach.

We loved it there. You can't beat the location and the views. The amenities were great. We would like to stay there again. Jarmo and Terry were great to work with and were very kind.

We had a great week in Manly. Our flat had great views of the Manly foreshore and surrounds. Sliding windows let the sea breeze in and kept the place fresh. It had a well appointed kitchen with everything you could possibly need and the owners were informative and friendly.
