Location was fabulous! Very nice accommodations.

My wife, daughter and three grandkids, ages 10, 7 & 2 years old. We always enjoy HHI but this is the first time at this property. Absolutely loved everything about it. Condo was beautiful. Perfect location, near playground and ice cream! Owner was great. Will definitely stay at this property again!

My husband and I travel to HHI annually for a work commitment around Thanksgiving. We have stayed at various places throughout Sea Pines. This year we had a great time staying in the heart of Harbour Town. The listing was perfect for our 4 night stay. Our favorite spot was the sweet balcony! Julia was available and easy to work with.

What a wonderful convenient place to stay. Fast access to the water taxi over to daufuskie. Good restaurants. I would be sure to go to CQ‘s and the links if I was staying here. Also, there’s an ample supply of activities to do during the day. Or maybe just drive around Hilton head or other parts of the low country.

We had the best time! The location was fantastic for the Harbour Town festivities. Short walk to the pool and the trolley rides were so fun to the beach club and south beach. The kiddos thought it was so cool! We will be back!

What a great location! Right in the middle of all the Harbourtown Action! Sea Pines is yours for the taking !! Condo was clean, cool, roomy and provided all the comforts of home. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had all you need to stay in and cook a full meal! We had a great time. Owner was very responsive!

Really enjoyed the location of the property with the ease of enjoying everything on the south part of Hilton Head island. Very cozy place for a family of 4.

We enjoyed our first trip to Hilton Head and Julie and Brian were fabulous hosts… everything was communicated well and the condo was exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, nice and relaxing living are and an extra nice touch of games, puzzles, and a few books. We enjoyed staying on Harbor Town very much and loved being able to walk or bike everywhere and the beach was a quick trolley ride. Thanks for a great vacation!

Just bring yourself! Along with amazing location, this property had everything we needed in house. Everything we needed to make meals at home as well as beach chairs, tents, and all the board games you could ever play. Will be returning if available.

Condo is located with only a short walk to everything you need - café, shops, restaurants, golf, marina and the famous Harbour Town course.

We especially loved the location of this condo! A short drive to the beach and short walk to the pool.

The condo was great! Owners were friendly and very helpful! One downside is the parking, but the owners do warn you about that ahead of time! Would definitely stay here again!

Next time we will spend more time at the condo and take advantage of the trolley system so we don’t have to move our car and look for parking. Even though it was mid October there were still a lot of tourists there. It’s a beautiful area and everyone wants to be there!

Clean well equipped Condo, great location

We loved our stay in Mariner's Way. The condo was clean and stocked with all our needs. We enjoyed the beach chairs and extra beach items to use for the week. The Trolley was literally steps from the condo and super convenient to use. We loved being in Harbor Town at night to walk around, eat at some of the restaurants, and listen to live entertainment. Julie was great and accommodating with our mix up at check-in and ensured we were in the right condo and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The Harbourtown condo was an excellent find. The location was top notch and the property was in excellent condition. I would strongly recommend for families looking to get away for a beach vacation!!!

Prefacing everything with- Just got off the phone with the rude owner who accused me of “having renter’s remorse”. No apologies or any attempt to make things right, talking over me, hanging up on me and saying: “There’s nothing wrong with our unit.” She is - in part - correct. We regret having spent the money we did on this unit. From the second we arrived, nothing was as it was explained. The pics. aren’t current. and we ended up only being able to use a fraction of the space, because of the deep cleaning neglect. We were unable to initially enter the unit- having to speak to the owner to remotely let us in as he had to reset the keypad. Not ideal after traveling 14 hours to get there…. and yes- we did press the #sign after we entered our code. One bedroom was unusable as the mattress had a huge stain on it resembling blood… a lot of it. The sheets clearly weren’t changed as there was hair on them. The master bath would not drain, so we couldn’t use it. Upon further investigation we discovered it had also not been dealt with in awhile. The sleeper sofa’s mattress was stained and needs to be replaced- as does the master bedroom mattress. The owners do not communicate well. They did not respond to a message sent through VRBO, and requested my signed renter’s agreement - which they admittedly had overlooked when it had been sent in months prior. I had sent SEVERAL texts with pics to the owner, who chose not to respond. We visit HH often, and have always had a lovely vacation. We made the most of a terrible situation, but I would not want anyone to experience what we did.
