Location spa and golf course

Property was perfect. The only hiccup was when we rented a bag of clubs and they only had a left hand putter so we asked for a different one and were initially told that’s not possible. In the end, staff were really helpful and resolved the situation thankfully

A nice hideout if you want to escape the crowded city. Beautiful gardens to walk around in. Good breakfast with many choices.

The whole place looks like it's falling apart, as if they built something beautiful a few years ago and forgot to take care of it. They keep adding new stuff around in the garden, but the hotel looks neglected and in need of a little renovation. The rooms are very dark and gloomy with low ceilings, the bathrooms are clean but there is a pungent pipe smell when you enter. I do not understand why this is a 5 star hotel. The staff is very nice and that makes up for everything I just said.

The SPA is spectacular, one of the best in Romania. The rooms are nice and the breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful, provided me with ice, glasses and opened our wine bottle to enjoy in the room.

Maybe the location, but they offer everything you need on site, so there is little need to leave the hotel.

Beautiful hotel , nice spa facilities, excellent restaurant ! Location is beautiful surrounded by forests & green fields! Rooms are tasteful decorated and very spacious. Even have the coffee machine in.

Perfect hotel in the middle of the magic forest .We enjoyed the super relaxing atmosphere, great SPA, massage, walking in the huge beautiful park. Big, clean room, friendly staff and very good breakfast. Good restaurants in a few minutes driving distance

Just one point, that really bothered me. There are no handrails in the pool ,bathroom and other slippery places

heating in room was not enough for cold weather! swimming pool water was cold ! all buildings wasn’t standard temperature for cold weather! 😂

Quite crowded spa area, with lots of people coming from outsider the hotel.

The place is beautiful and the park too, even though it is harder to enjoy it in winter. The room was very spacious and confortable, with a very nice balcony. The restaurant is nice, service is fast and the food was good. Great breakfast too. The access to the spa allow us to relax during our stay.

The shower didn't work properly, the hot and cold were reversed. It was very hard to find the right temperature. Same for the thermostat of the room that we didn't suceed to lower. Some details could have been better taken care of : the flowers on the balcony were dead. It would have been nice to chose plants that resist to winter or simply remove the flowers.
