the rooms are dingy and small

Room was good value for money, good cheap stay. Staff were helpful.

The breakfast wasn't good and lots of flys everywhere. Shower was cold.

The staff is very nice

My room had writings on the wall next to the bed, along with smudges and dirt marks from who knows what. everything was very old and did not look well kept or clean. I saw a giant cockroach on the floor next to my bed before it ran under it. I was only given one towel and soap only - no shampoo or washcloth. The breakfast is limited to fruits and sweets. Not even butter for the bread, just some jam.

The breakfast was really poor. Cakes, not fresh fruits and juices taste like water. You can't make sandwiches but you can ask for it. Also there were buns in the bowl that were with mold. So disgusting.

Breakfast simple, had everything you need in the morning.

The woman working at the reception desk during the day was rude beyond belief.

Good location - walking distance from the Friendship bridge. Quite good breakfast. Male receptionust was friendly and helpful. Wi fi woks normally in lobby and in the room.

The female receptionist is very unfriendly and slow. We were in a hurry to check in and go, but lost a lot of time at check in. For example, she couldn't see in our booking that the room is booked for 2 people, at first asked us to book a second room. In the room #205 there is no wardrobe, just a hanger, which is not convenient. There were no fruites for breakfast at all, despite of the photos in the hotel description. Overall it's normal for a short stay. but definitely not recommended for a long trip.

Nice breakfast and friendly staff!

The Bathroom is looking not very good as also windows broken, had insects in the room. the air condition doesn’t work well and had water drop from pipe as it’s over the bed when sleep over night.

The location was pretty good for what we wanted. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was very good as well. The breakfast was very good for the value too. The rooms have air conditioner which is very cool. Staff was always helpful. Firstly they gave us a room with no access to hot water so they swapped the rooms straight away.

The showers didn’t have enough pressure.
