We had such a fabulous time, the house was amazing and the views were incredible!! Everything was very clean and well maintained and check in was very easy. Such a great location, so close to town. We feel so lucky to have been able to stay in such a beautiful place. Thank you!

We are a group of old school friends who do an annual getaway. This spot was absolutely perfect! Outstanding views, plenty of bedrooms, super clean and comfy. We all wanted to stay longer!

This home was a perfect stay. It has stunning views and the entire house is oriented to the ocean. The home was extremely comfortable with ample beds for our group of 9. The kitchen was great. The location was great with just a short walk to the town center and beaches and shops. This was the perfect way to begin our New Zealand adventure.

Awesome location

Great communication and definitely recommend, awesome off street parking, safe and spacious.

What a venue! Truly an eagle's eyrie with the most amazing views. Goodness knows how the original building foundations were laid! We loved it - there were just a few little things we struggled with. The internal stairs were difficult and wall rail/bannister would have improved their safety. We couldnt decifer the printing on the stove/oven knobs and we did things by trial and error rather than try to decifer the information provided. We couldn't get the TV to work either. None of the minor problems matter - we had a wonderful get-together and enjoyed our stay(and the views) thoroughly.

Cindy was great providing all the details needed to make my family’s break away easy. I would definitely recommend the property as it was very clean, with a good kitchen, inside and outside dining areas and a fireplace to keep the place warm. Just perfect.

Our 3rd stay at this property, which says it all. The only thing we found this time is the grill in the oven wasn't functional and the 4 slice toaster only worked on one side, making it a two-slice toaster.

Fantastic place for a group to stay in with fabulous views. Very close to Orewa and all its restaurants and supermarkets. Plenty of space to spread out. Lovely fireplace which was great as the weather was terrible. We would definitely stay there again

Beautiful home and beautiful rooms. We absolutely loved it and will definitely book again! My only thing would be is having no fans or air con to tackle the heat. Other than that we had the best weekend there and definitely recommend :)

Awesome host with a beautiful clifftop view! The only catch was the BBQ grill was a bit dirty and we had to buy a brush and clean it. Also, the chiller wasn't that cold but the freezer was fine. Overall, a nice place to stay and enjoy with your families and friends!

We had a great stay at this very nice house with a truly stunning view. Plenty on room for us to play board games or sit around by the fire. WIll probably look to come back again in summer.

Fantastic house, warm and cozy. The host was very helpful, she responded to all messages very quickly and kindly accommodated our requests.

We had a great time. The house was very nice and clean. Table tennis in the garage was lots of fun. The views were stunning. Highly recommend staying here.

This is our second stay here, a group of 4 couples. The views are amazing, the house is lovely. Cindy is very good with communication and very accommodating. Just a few little things that would make this place perfect - Bubbly glasses would be great, no handles on the kitchen cupboards etc make it a little bit hard. One of the bedrooms has 2 single beds that are different heights, so no good for couples if you're wanting to push beds together. But otherwise an amazing place to stay. Thanks Cindy!
