Breakfast, room, location... it was all outstanding. This is the best bed and breakfast I have ever visited. Margaret was incredibly kind and the room had thoughtful touches everywhere. Very hot shower and a short walk into town. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Truly a class establishment.

We could reach the center of Baltimore, which is a pretty touristy town, on foot while staying in Margaret's quiet bed and breakfast. The view from the house is very pretty, especially the host's garden and the lake with the sailing boats.

I can’t speak highly enough of this bed and breakfast. it is immaculate, within easy walking distance to Casey’s hotel pub and restaurant, and Mrs Harrington is a gem.

The owners were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious and the facility was very beautiful and clean. It is located in a great location and overlooked the bay.

Charming owners who couldn't do enough for us. The room was bright and airy, the beds comfortable and the general ambience welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The location is quiet and easy to find, though a kilometre outside Baltimore village centre. The walk is easy however. I can thoroughly recommend Channel View.

Cosy room with comfortable bed and amazing view. Excelent breakfast accompanied by music (eating fine food while looking at the bay and listening to Seán Ó Riada's "Women of Ireland" was a memorable way to begin the day). Very nice hosts.
