noisy child next door sounded like it was running up the walls!! But it’s an apartment with neighbours all around so noise was to be expected

large spacious apartment with balcony. excellent shower & kitchen full equipped with all you could need.

Tv was a little confusing to use

Greeted by a lovely lady to a beautiful apartment which was spotlessly clean and comfortable it had everything you could need and the welcome basket was much appreciated. Having secure parking was definitely a bonus. It was within walking distance of Prince William Yard, Plymouth Hoe and the barbican. We had a great holiday there.

If you have trouble with stairs it is three floors from the car park and there is no lift. Other than that I can't fault it

Very comfortable and nicely designed apartment with excellent appliances, great kitchen, large TV, and quality furnishings. We slept great. As we stayed here car free, we found location great to walk to Mt Edgcombe Ferry and lively Royal William Yards…and great local pub (Lord High Admiral); ok walk to Lidl and Aldi. Owner was very nice and met us on time to show us around.

A bit of a walk from Barbican, Hoe, downtown shopping, and train station, (20 mins+) so may be better suited to those with a car, although we liked the neighborhood on the edge of a mixed residential/warehouse district, and did take advantage of buses.

The owner was absolutely lovely, turned up to meet us even though we were late and kept in great contact through out our stay.

Cleaning needed just a little more attention to detail.

Good location for Ferries and Williams Yard. Very well appointed apartment with comprehensive welcome pack. Supermarkets within walking distance. Apartment quiet and warm.

Sharon was very attentive and apartment very spacious and well located for what we needed and great to have car parking space too. It was a nice touch having wine, milk, spread, cereals, bread on arrival :)

Very minor issue but just could have done with some more basic equipment such as mugs, a large bowl, ice cube tray, teaspoons and some plates were chipped. We had everything though for a comfortable stay.

The apartment was clean, and in a perfect location close to work and 5 minutes walk from Royal William Yard for restaurants. Supermarket and pubs also within 5 minutes walk. Free underground secure parking was an added bonus, also received a package on arrival containing bread, butter, biscuits, and a bottle of wine.
