Jungle location, room was very clean, good for wildlife photography! Decent enough food. Checking in / out was fine and smoothly handled. Great location for Chichen Itza.

Clean and comfortable stay. Good food in the restaurant. If you wake up early, make sure to go birdwatching, the trees are full of all kinds of birds. Closeby Chichen Itza, which is convenient.

Lights in the bathroom could use an update, and there was no light in the shower so we had to shower with our headlights on the door. Nothing major, but would make the ambience a 10/10.

Location was perfect. Rustic and Unique.

Staff were not really interested in providing a service. The grounds are hard to keep in order I appreciate but no effort had been made to maintain the pool area and care of the plants. Owners could learn from Chaa Creek in Belize. Accommodation was very tired.

The location itself is great and unique. Isolated within the nature. Very nice and helpful staff.

1. The road to access the hotel is very bad; about 1.5 km on a path with lot of pot-holes. 2. No fridge in the room, which is appreciated to keep drinks/water bottles fresh when temperature outside is +32 deg. C. 3. Lack of bars to hang towels in the bathroom. Minor details but this could be easily improved 4. No wi-fi. Not absolutely necessary but barely any signal either for phone so makes it difficult to access internet to check about places to visit around, or prepare intinary.

the location was amazing.

we had no wifi in the room, only in the restaurant. the featured pool was not open. the hotel did give us a discount on our food and drinks to compensate us - but we would have preferred the facilities! the bathroom is open to the room - so when sharing the space there is no privacy for changing, although that wasn’t a massive problem really. the main issue with the bathroom was the WC - which would not flush. luckily we were only there overnight and we used the restaurant toilets at breakfast.

it is a lovely location, right next to Chichén Itza, and has lovely rooms and pool.

poor wifi - the front desk person was not prepared to answer questions, and we still are unsure about the dinner reservation system. we still enjoyed our stay and would go again.

No WiFi in the room One of the two pools was closed The room we first had was not ok, the door to the terrace couldn’t be opened, and the glass of that door was not aligned with the frame, so bugs were entering. The staff acted like this was nothing. But eventually they gave us a new room.

Close to chitzen itza for a early start to beat the crowds. Main pool looked great (which was one of of reasons for booking but closed during our stay ☹️Other pool nice but not such fun for the children).

Huge room, nice pool. Friendly supportive staff. Dream-location near the temples, with the sounds of the jungle. Restaurant appeared to be very good and we returned there even. We don't do that normally. Also, during the day you can have lovely snacks/drinks at the pool which is great when you come back after some hours at Chichen Itza, which is really nearby and you can be there, long before the crowds come. We loved it !

wifi at restaurant only. this could be better in the 21th century. 2nd pool not open. not ok as they advertise it. 1st pool is great and not crowded though cleaning under furniture should be better. hunting for a spider I found things under the furniture I didn't expect there

the jungle setting is really cool. I enjoyed listing to all the creatures.

the pool was not running while we used it and there were no towels.

it’s a hidden gem in the middle of the jungle and surprisingly there was Hardly any mosquitoes. we could not believe how we could sit outside Day and night in peace without getting eaten! the staff were so friendly. i highly recommend and we will go back again and stay a couple nights this time.

no mini fridge and it would have been nice if there was outdoor furniture on the balcony.

The whole property should get much better maintenance. In bungalow 1, the shower head was so rusty, that only 4 mini holes were working, so it was impossible to take a shower. Breakfast included was bad, so you need to buy extras, there is no buffet, and it takes a lot of time.

Location of property is great, just 10 minutes drive to Chichen Itzá. Room was fantastic, exactly what I did imagine when booking the room. There is also a nice restaurant, I would suggest that you go for cochinita pibill and michellada, delicious!

It looks more like eco hotel and has very good breakfast. A lot of nature around, birds and frogs. Big rooms nice decorated. It our second favorite place after Casa Blanca Boutique & Organic in Cancun.
