Very nice resort, most of the staff very good.

I did not like that guy from the near room in left, scratching all day the dirt from the wall making anoying noise continuos like fork scratching plate in the first day and his attitute towards clients.

I liked the facilities, the resort was big and it was good.

The staff were disagreeable, they didn’t talk with you and gave you advice about the activities we could do. They made you pay for everything, to fill the water, to use AC in a room that was extremely hot and it’s the first place where we hace to pay for this. By the way, the room was good.

I love the place overall. Our room is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. It's also near the beaches. They even let us stay in our rooms even if we haven't paid yet because the rain was pouring hard. Of course, we settled the fees after the rain calmed down haha.

Their restaurant opens only in the morning, but that's okay because there's a market nearby.

The WiFi was only provide out side off the room, one need it to go outside to use the wifi

Goed location very close to two beaches. Nice pool and excellent service of staff (Buena, Hanni, divemaster Jay and all others ! Pool is nice. Diving experience with Slams diving school, Ocean Passion, was very good.

Bathroom was a bit small. Only cash payment possible.

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. I completed my advanced diving course there and my instructor, David, was highly professional and personable. The pool area is incredible - much larger pool than I was expecting! The food at the restaurant is very good and the resort is situated 5 minutes away from everything. Overall, can’t wait to go back!

Pool and garden area is well maintained but unfortunately the ‘good’ finishes there.

Many things. The rooms are very dark and old, when asked for a room that wasn’t behind one of the big trees we where told this is what we booked. We were staying for a whole week and couldn’t even dry our stuff outside like everyone else. They charge a 5% surcharges on card payments which is not mentioned on booking.com. The construction on site starts at 7am and goes until 8pm so no rest from the noise, not just in the room but restaurant and pool. The internet doesn’t work, sometimes in the restaurant if not many people using otherwise it constantly says ‘unable to connect’. One day it looked like the owner was in the house so we see him passing by with an extra modem as he needed to use his computer - funny how he wasn’t so keen on using the same as everyone else. The staff were also very well behaved on his presence but unfortunately very laid back at any other time. English is also a problem. Staff named Lyn was the worst, rude to the point of making comments about us in front of us -despicable. We felt so unwelcomed that decided to do all our dives with a different resort by the beach, they were all very friendly and accommodating.
