Location was fantastic and the staff were wonderful. I seemed to have a very good rate, and the room was exceptional with lots of space, a veranda for relaxing, good wifi and a variety of activities and restaurants.

Great location although you need a car as its really is isolated apart from the shops in the marina. The marina has an array of restaurants which were mostly really good and the beautiful pool and club was a real bonus. Room with stunning balcony overlooking the marina was 5 star, well proportioned living room, bedroom, storage and kitchen,

Swimming pool area very nice. Very lovely staff in the restaurants. welcome drink was a very nice gesture. kitchen in the apartment had all the basic necessities which made travelling with kids much easier. good distance to nearby beaches.

One reception staff was very good and other not so great. she walked us to the room but didn't show us basic things about air conditioning and she didn't even check wherever we have breakfast included or not etc. just general lack of professional check in. The apartment itself was lovely but small in size. The pictures make it look much bigger than it actually is. some wear and tear visable everywhere (dirty couch, mould in the bathroom etc), we wish they had some hangers in the bathroom to hang wet clothes. we had enormous balcony (5 times the room size) which was pointless. the elevator broke on one night and there was no one to help us with baby pram and stuff. Also it would make sense for the shops in the complex to stay open in specified hours. you could never guess if they open or not because every day they were mostly closed despite their “opening hours” lack of flexibly to move dates. hotel sends you to booking.com and booking.com sends you back to the hotel. no one owns responsiblity

The parking was quite remote from the appartment.

Our stay was absolutely amazing and the apartment with terrace was just breathtaking. The staff was the nicest and made us feel more than welcome. The entire resort and pool area were aesthetically pleasing but still functional for a family with children. So many options for food since they have several restaurants, it can’t go wrong. This is a place we’ll revisit!

Staff was friendly and helped us with bags since there was no elevator to our room.

Made sure to check that the facility had an elevator...only to find out our apartment couldn't be reached by elevator. Good thing that neither of us were handicapped. Bathroom had lights that were strobing the entire stay. And to make things worse, the air conditioning stopped cooling in the night leaving us to sweat outside of the covers!

Wow! This is going to be the #1 Tuscan coast destination in our travel guides for next year. Absolutely stunning location. Staff is superb. The warmest reception we've ever received in all our years of travel. Took the time to show us around the resort and answered all our questions. Easy check out as well, with a warm send off. The apartments are spectacular, whether you choose a balcony or a terrace. And the views are equally stunning, especially at sunset, with the sun setting over the bay and marina. Although the apartments have full kitchens, the resort has many wonderful restaurant's, with a variety of price points. From €10 pizza, up to fine dining. Parking was very easy!

That we had to leave after only a few days, easily could have stayed a week or more.

The Marina Scarlino resorts is the perfect place to relax, enjoy, have lovely food. It is perfectly placed to do day trips, the beach is nearby. The dogs were most welcomed (dog bowls, dog beds). The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Bathroom big and bed very comfortable. Definitely a place to come back again.

Everything was perfect, the staff is extremely kind and makes you feel very welcome. They provided us with a vast range of activities and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay. The apartment we stayed in was clean and well furnished, it had all the amenities needed and a five stars feel to it. We would highly recommend based on our experience.
