The location was good.

The property is not a 3 star. Rooms are incredibly dated with very little amenities to make a self catering facility useful. Very old and broken furniture.

It was nicely located in a quiet place

Rooms are big and feels empty, food quality at the bar is not amazing and also a lot of mosquitos in the room, plan to get your own spray.

No tuve la oportunidad de ir al restaurante a consumir alimentos, pero en las mañanas muy temprano iba por una café americano riquísimo, la piscina muy bonita y la ubicación excelente

Our reservation did not include breakfast but we were told we could pay for it separately by directly ordering it from the hotel menu. But once we got there we were told the hotel restaurant would be closed the next day because it was a national holiday… so we had to look for a place to have breakfast outside. Despite being in Zona Hotelera, the location is a bit far away from the closest beach (Playa Caracol): it was too hot to walk so we ended up calling an uber

O atendimento é o ponto principal. Pessoas sempre prontas para te ajudar. E um ambiente externo muito bem cuidado.

O local é um pouco distante mas é compensado pela tranquilidade do local.

Me and my mum stayed at Sina Suites for 3 nights. The room was really big and clean. There were lots of towels available for the room, pool and the beach at no charge. The pool was quiet and lovely and we used it each morning and night. The staff was friendly and recommended a wonderful public beach to visit. Walking to the La Isla mall along the road takes 1 hour. There are taxis available to get around too. We also enjoyed using the kitchen and having breakfast on our terrace with lagoon views each morning! Would recommend this stay. It is great value for money!

Que está un poco adentro de la calle principal y las paradas de buses.. El baño está pequeño. Con base a lo que es la habitación y el hotel. Y le falta iluminación a la habitación, o que se prenda diferente.

Easy access to bus . groc store about 25 min walk restaurants close by and a go mart with awesome ice caps just down the street 30 min walk to the ferries ..good location...freindly staff and if you need anything April speaks perfect English and knows the area

Outside stairs to climb with your luggage for some suits with balconies but not to bad ...hot water a bit weak..

Lovely pool and sunbathing area with a great view of the harbour. Close to a bus stop that makes it easy to visit other areas of cancun. Receptionist was very helpful with advice and tips!

On arrival we got seen to straight away on who I assume was the owner seen that we checked in for 6 nights but only had a standard room without a Balcony he said tomorrow I want to change your room to make your stay more enjoyable and they did exactly this upgraded us to a beautiful room overlooking the gardens and pool area, even though the room we originally had was large and very comfortable the balcony made a big difference to us and we was completely appreciated by this move. The staff was amazing especially April, she was so helpful and accommodating telling us about the best beaches and bus stops etc Pool Area and Bar was stunning overlooking the Lagoon but the pool was cold, but then I’m a baby when it comes to cold water many people still swimming and using the pool. Can’t comment on the food as we didn’t eat at the restaurant only fries one afternoon but seen plenty of others eat and what we did see looked lovely. The Hotel was far enough away from all the chaos but only a few bus stops away from everything. I would definitely return to this hotel in the future if we ever come back…

Localização ótima, estrutura da suíte excelente (ficamos na suite superior, era enorme, dois quartos, dois banheiros, sala, cozinha).

Não tem opção de café da manhã. Mas tem restaurante no hotel, muitas opções por perto e também tem cozinha (dá pra comprar coisas pra comer na GoMart que tem perto)

Les extérieurs sont corrects et le restaurant également . Notre soi disant suite n en porte que le nom … affreux , vieux , état dégradé , néons au plafond , lumière d hopital … bref on a tout sauf envie d y rester … D autant que le personnel de la réception n’est ni accueillant ni aimable . On a juste l impression de les déranger . On a demandé un transfert pour l aéroport , la seule réponse obtenue a été de nous dire qu il y avait Uber !!!! On rêve ! Bref surcôté par rapport à la réalité !

The staff were very kind and helpful. Tried to make us feel comfortable. Location is decent, not too far from the hotel zone. Room was big and clean with TV kitchen A.C and nice bathrooms.

The room was big, with super comfortable bed. We had small balcony where we had our breakfast. Also we had small fridge in the room. Drinking water was available from reception all the time.The bus stop is 5-10 minutes walk. The nearest beach is 15-20 minutes walk. I would recommend this place.

I wish it would be in the hotel zone next to the beach 😀
