Bonjour nous avons particulièrement apprécié la nourriture diversité et les snacks. Les sushis sont délicieux mais attention il nous avait été dit 16/18h après 17h20 ils ne servent plus. Nous sommes restés 10 jours nous n’avons pas ressenti de lassitude concernant les repas qui sont très variés. Nous avons apprécié la soirée Michaël Jackson un grand bravo à la troupe de danseurs c’était magnifique . Les toboggans que les enfants apprécient.

Les boissons en all inclusive n’étaient par contre imbuvables sodas trop sucrées, cocktails également café âcres). Il fait extrêmement chaud à Antalya nous sommes tombés malades à tour de rôle je pense qu’il faut vraiment éviter les glaçons (vomissements, sels très liquides). Les piscines sont grandes voire même énormes par contre pas très bien nettoyées on peut y retrouver des cheveux entre les doigts en faisant quelques brasses. Le personnel peut être adorable comme les femmes en charge du nettoyage des chambres et les serveurs (quelques serveurs autours des piscines en rollers choisissent les personnes qu’ils souhaitent servir si nous parlons le turc nous sommes volontairement ignoré. Les animations de journée sont limitées, ennuyeuses et répétitives. Les animateurs parlent beaucoup avant de lancer l’animation on perd très vite patience avec cette chaleur écrasante (par exemple nous avons participé à un concours de fléchettes il fallait se présenter et dire bonjour si nous étions timides nous sommes forcé de répondre sinon on ne passe pas au jeu en lui même nous avons mis 1h30 j’ai regretté du début à la fin perte de temps. Les soirées à l’hôtel ne sont vraiment pas attrayantes les DJ’s nous mettent les mêmes sons, aucune variété de la techno des années 2000 Beni Benassi 50´cent tous les soirs j’en pouvais plus sur 10 jours c’est très agaçant et long. Heureusement nous avions loué une voiture pour passer nos soirées ailleurs. Cet hôtel est bien mais je dirais qu’au prix que nous payons il devrait y avoir un peu plus d’entrain en ce qui concerne les animations de journée (oney adulte) ainsi que les soirées au bars devraient être plus festifs amusantes. Ma fille de 11 ans voulait participer à un karaoké elle n’a pas pu car trop petite selon les animateurs. Nous avions l’impression d’être dans un hôtel pour seniors.

Water slides. Many swimming pools. The beach area.

No cleaning of the room. They only remove trash and put shampoo. I have to ask for toilet paper, tissue and basically everything. The staff in the restaurant and bar areas don’t like covered hair people and don’t serve us till I ask or complain to guest relations staff. Even in kids club when they see covered head mother they don’t smile to our kids or play with them as other kids.

Personalet var så søde! De får 10 ud af 10! Kunne godt lide at restauranten ved stranden var a la carte. Dette hotel er tæt på lufthavnen, hvorfor er grunden til at vi valgte det. 16+ poolen var fantastisk! Elsker at der er et sted de voksne kan være (især når man rejser som par uden børn) Aircondition på værelset 10 ud af 10! De har også en 16+ afdeling i restauranten som er rar når man ikke selv har børn. Lækker strand, lækker chaiselonger. På dette hotel behøver man ikke kæmpe for liggestole. Der er nok til alle.

Super gammelt hotel!! Trænger til renovation! Altså det er ikke 5 stjerner kvalitet, så ikke book dette hotel hvis i vil have kvalitets-hotel. Maden var virkelig heller ikke god. Kvaliteten ændrede sig fra dag til dag og ingen af retterne smagte ens på forskellige dage. Kun pizzaen var lækker (der bliver lavet pizza hver dag). Rengøringen er ikke god. Tror aldrig der bliver gjort rent under sengen, der er virkelig støvet!! (Se gerne billederne). Telefonen er decideret støvet (se billede). Vi kunne ikke koble fjernsynet til WiFi, så man skal bruge sit eget internet til internetdeling, hvis man vil se Netflix på tv'et Alt i alt lever hotellet ikke op til 5 stjerner og lever slet ikke op til den pris jeg har betalt for 9 nætter :(

The facilities were amazing. The beach and pools were great especially for families with children. Plenty of beds and plenty of pools to choose from so it didn’t feel crowded. The guest relations staff especially Noah and Nargiz were brilliant and very approachable.

Where do I start! We were a family of 8 that had booked 3 rooms and so we requested prior to arrival if they would put us up near each other. This obviously didn’t happen and we were put up in a separate wing to the rest of our family. To the credit of the hotel, they did move us next to our family the following day, but the move took 4 hours during which I was unable to feed my 7 month old baby as we were stuck without our luggage! When we did eventually move, they put us into a smaller room with no space for a cot for our baby and claimed it was the same class that we originally booked. This was definitely not the case as the room was much smaller than what we were originally put into. When we brought this up with the front office manager, Mehmet, he was incredibly rude and walked off mid way through the conversation. So unprofessional and frankly disgusting, no hotel should have staff like him. Secondly, if you’re vegetarian or vegan, this is NOT the hotel for you. They do not label the food properly at all. They switched the signs for the bolognese and Napolitan sauces (which is a big deal for a vegetarian) and they labelled chicken nuggets as onion rings. When I showed a member of guest relations that was present at the buffet, the sign for the chicken nuggets, she simply turned the sign around and told me to ‘ignore’ it like it was no big deal. Disgusting!! Labelling food correctly to say vegetarian or not is not difficult and they kept promising us they would do it the next day. We stayed there for 7 nights and the signs were never rectified. We had stayed at a different hotel in Antalya 2 years ago and the minute we asked for clear signage, it was done the next day so it’s clearly not difficult to do but this hotel just couldn’t be bothered. There were pizzas labelled mushroom pizzas that ended up containing beef. I would’ve given it 0 stars if it wasn’t for the pool and beach facilities
