The location is super, close to 2 tube stations and you can find loads of restaurants and bars around. The room was clean and quiet overall and the staff was more than helpful! I left a t-shirt in the room, which they found and sent to me nicely for free!

The air conditioner was a bit noisy but fine to me.

The internet didn't work during our whole stay.

The location is perfect – near the subway, surrounded by the typical "hutongs" and just next to the Lama Temple. The room was also very nice.

There is Wi-Fi but you need a chinese phone number to connect. The staff at the reception were willing to help, but none of them spoke English, which made communication quite rudimentary

A very comfortable room in a quiet, atmospheric hutong. Having read reviews of "courtyard hotels", I decided to stay in a hotel instead, and didn't regret my choice – it was quiet, with excellent plumbing, attractive decoration and a wonderfully comfortable bed! Breakfast was adequate for the price charged. The staff were helpful, and kept a bag I had left behind ready for me to collect when I returned to Beijing. My taxi driver refused to drive into the hutong and I was a little alarmed to have to walk there alone at 10pm, but I felt perfectly safe in the end. I would definitely stay here again.

The price was a little high for the facilities and the size of the room.

This place is very well located in a typical Hutong which means you get tons of people on bicycles and just going about their lives outside. Also there is a bar outside. The room was clean and well designed. We received fresh fruit during our stay and the staff did their best to overcome the language barrier and to help us.

The only thing I could not would be the issue with communication in terms of language. We used an app to translate.
