It was just what we were looking for. The condo was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a lot of light coming in to brighten your mood. We enjoyed watching the golfers ups and downs. Flocks of ibis would fly in each evening and roost in nearby trees and leave early the next morning. Egrets, herons and turtles visited the nearby pond. We were close to everything. We rode bicycles to the beach for a walk most days. Pickleball was another short bike ride away.
Stephen was a delight to work with. Very attentive to our needs, making sure that we were comfortable. Highly recommended.

Very nicely appointed and perfect size. We were there for Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we needed. It fit us very comfortably. And the deck is a good size to fit 4 for drinks or a card game.

This place did not disappoint! The cleanest place that we have ever stayed in, loved the decor, kitchen contained any functional item that you could need.
Centrally located, but could hear no street traffic. Owner's were pleasant to work with.

Everything about our time spent in the villa couldn’t have been more perfect . Great location, place was clean & updated. Appreciate all the amenities. The place matched the description given . The hosts Steve & Barb were more than accommodating in the booking process. They went above & beyond in making us feel warm & welcomed. Would highly recommend this villa , as we look forward in the future of returning .

Everything about this property is as advertised! The property is very clean and well maintained, we had not one issue. The view is nice and the location worked great for us. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this amazing condo. It had everything and more - ranging from drying racks for your clothing to a multitude of board games/cards. The set up of this condo is great and the upstairs and extra bedroom and bath is a plus. Loved sitting out on back patio each night overlooking the golf course.
The owners are very responsive if you may have any needs.
I just wish I had picked this place years ago... Hope to return next year!

Comfort, convenience, stylish decor and a view of the golf course! We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful & well equipped villa. We've been to Hilton Head a number of times and this was by far the best place we have stayed. We are a family of 5 and it had everything we needed and more! Hope to stay again soon!

This condo has everything you need! Well decorated, kitchen is well stocked, clean, and perfect for 2 couples as each has their own area with a bathroom. The beach chairs are nice and there are beach toys for kids. The pool is very nice and close by and the view of the golf course is beautiful.

Family of 3-adults stayed Weds thru Sun for a wedding at the Omni Resort, which is a 2-minute drive down the road from this Villa. This 2-Bed/2-Bath Unit was a much better option than the pricy Hotel Rooms at the Omni. This updated and nicely decorated Villa had everything you want in a rental: Clean, Good Beds, Fully stocked Kitchen, Three good TV's, etc. During our free time we used the nearby pool, sat by the pond out-back and read books, or had a beverage and watched the golfers. We also took advantage of the large supply of Beach Chairs/Umbrellas provided by the owners and spent a day at the Beach. We would definitely rent this Villa again on our next visit to Hilton Head.

I spent six days at this location and it was perfect. My BFF and I were on a trip for relaxation, exercise and fun. This was the perfect location to access anything on the island in good time. It was quiet, safe, and very clean. I would recommend this location to everyone I know.

We have stayed at this Villa several times and we are always happy with the Owners and how clean and inviting this villa is.
The location is convenient and close to all the things that you would want to do on vacation. The Villa is stocked with all the things you need to make it feel like home. We had a great month and would highly recommend this Villa. We already have it rented for next year.

Everything was wonderful with this property. The setting among the trees near the pond and golf course was so pleasant. And both the beach and the Palmetto Dunes Tennis & Pickleball were just a short walk and/or bike ride. Also, the condo was beautiful, comfortable and clean and very well stocked with all the things you would need. Definitely would stay here again!

We arrived in the dark so it was a bit difficult to find the after hours checkin window to get our parking pass. The condo was great fo our needs and we enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching golfers. We would stay here again
