Very nice place to stay with family. Great location! Hosts were very good with communications. Very easy and smooth process! We are returning next summer!

This was our third year staying in this condo. The walk to the beach is short, and the condo contains everything we could possibly need. Hope to return next year!

The location was great being on the Ocean side of coastal highway and the proximity to the beach. My sons are in their mid twenty’s along with their ladies so it was also convenient for them to hit a slew of the local pubs and restaurants and be able to either jump on the bus or take an inexpensive UBER ride back to the house. The only thing that I could say was a bit of a negative but really didn’t take away from our stay is that some of the appliances are pretty dated and we are all over 6’1” tall and the bathrooms are very small so it was difficult to maneuver around in them. Again this was a great location and we would certainly stay again in the future. The owners were very responsive to any questions or needs that I had from the time I booked the reservation and through our stay.

Very nice and comfortable property, well equipped and supplied, short walk to the beach....the Fenwick Area is great. The steps were a little challenging for us (being seniors) but overall quite nice. Quite clean and everything in working order.

This house/condo was perfect for my family (6 adults & 2 children). Short walk to the beach (1/2 block), walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Great neighborhood. I had read that the 3rd floor was hot so we brought 2 extra fans, which helped. Thank you!

Owners great to deal with. Nice condo not far at all from the beach. Area nice too. If I had to say one thing it would be the third floor bedroom gets very hot, I had to have two fans please air.

This property is in a great location. Ocean side and one short block to the beach. We had a wonderful peaceful week despite the weather. Everything you might need is in walking distance. The only downside is that the third floor, where the master bedroom is, was noticeably warmer. Otherwise, it was perfect!

Pleasant stay at ocean city. Sparkle Beach was a lovely and convenient unit.

Nice place to stay. Close to beach and no crossing major highways. Everything is close. Boardwalk is a 20+ minute drive but not bad at all.

This is the second year we have stayed at Sparkle Beach. It's a short walk to the beach, and a quiet area. The kitchen is well organized, and has most everything anyone would need. Nice, new washer and dryer.

This is a wonderful property right on ocean block. The storage closet for beach gear was a great feature too!

The beach is not really crowded and quite. Plenty of the food options within 1.5 miles. We mostly enjoyed Harpun Hanna and Catch 54 at Fenwick Island. If you brave you can walk, but we mostly drove. The area is overwhelmed with mini golf options. If you are a fan enjoy it.

My family had a wonderful, relaxing and fun vacation. The uncrowded beach was a short walk away. The area was very quiet and family oriented. The house was perfectly set up for privacy. It was a 10 minute walk to the water park, where our 22 month-old granddaughter had a ball (and so did we)! The owners were very responsive to my texts and emails when I had questions. We didn't want to leave.

It was a great location. Decorated very tastefully. Walking in I could tell that Pat and Diana make it as comfortable and homey as possible. They truly care about their home away from home. All of the appliances are updated, plenty of cookware, utensils, glasses, plates, etc.. Plenty of parking. Less than a block from the beach, it was very quiet. We had a couple of issues during our stay, and Pat was very helpful and apologetic. He was wonderful to talk to.

Pat was great to deal with and very responsive and accommodating. The location was great and there was plenty of room for our family of four. The townhouse had everything we needed as well.

Our family was very happy with this rental. Very short walk to the beach. Clean and very well appointed with anything that might be needed for cooking. We would consider returning next year.

Nice beach home within walking distance of the beach. If you have small children, note that there are narrow steps to climb to get to the bedrooms. Third floor bedroom is very large and sunny, the bathroom on that floor was spacious and clean. Second floor bedrooms are spacious but the room with just one bed does not have a lot of storage space for clothes. Bathroom on that floor is a bit cramped but tolerable. Kitchen is equipped with necessities but there are no free cabinets for food which I found a bit annoying. Overall the home was clean and neighbors (who do not rent) were extremely friendly! I would rent again and recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to sleep close to the beach.

Our family of 5 had a very nice week at this property. The location can't be beat- it's so nice just to be able to walk up the street and be on the beach. No busy roads or cars to drive to get there. The owners were responsive to questions we had upon arrival. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our week. I had read that the 3rd floor bedroom was much warmer, so I was glad to see there was a floor fan in addition to the ceiling fan. Temperature was not an issue. Would definitely stay here again next summer! Thank you!

The house was perfect for our family! Clean, well stocked, and in a great location. Had some issues with the WiFi when we arrived but worked with Pat to get it resolved and worked great after that. Great hosts and we hope to book again next year!

The sleeping accommodations worked out great, but be prepared for a lot of stairs.

Location was great. Unit was very clean and well-stocked. My husband and son, who are both over 6 feet tall, had to crouch a little upstairs, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful week staying at this property. We had plenty of room and the location was perfect! Quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and activities. Would definitely recommend!

The house is just like its advertised online, short walk to the beach, prime location surrounded by all the essentials and more. We loved our stay! Only downfall was the top floor doesn’t get as cool as the rest of the house, so bring a fan if you plan to stay up there in the hot summer months (we utilized the ceiling fan and 2 portable fans just to keep the room cool).

We loved our stay! Sparkle Beach is very clean and comfortable. Great location, close to the beach. We came prepared however, if we were missing anything, this place seemed to have it! Nice place to relax and enjoy family.
