Our family went to this beautiful house over Thanksgiving. Dr Theo and Austin were very accommodating, highly responsive to questions or requests and just kind people. The properties views and sunsets were incredible. We would definitely rent this place again.

This is a beautiful home loaded with amenities and the most magnificent view with incomparable sunsets. You feel as though you have wonderful privacy yet are only minutes from any activity you might enjoy. Just about everything you could need was provided by the host. The bidets were an added bonus. Jason is a marvelous host who responds to any correspondence immediately and leaves very clear instructions for operating anything. This has been the third VRBO property we rented in the past year and by far the absolute best. When a vacation to Tucson is back on the agenda I would definitely rent this property again. Thank you Jason for making our trip wonderful with lovely memories.

Great house for a family reunion. Especially for those that keep active. A three minute drive to the spectacular Sabino State Park for hiking, sightseeing, etc., made it a perfect spot for us.

This was our first Vrbo experience and both the home and owner lived up to the prestigious 5-star reviews. The home was extremely clean and fully furnished with easy to follow instructions provided for all electronic equipment. Jason ensured all questions/ concerns were immediately answered which made our stay excellent and memorable. Thanks again, highly recommended!

We loved the views, day and night and the proximity to Sabino Canyon Recreation area. Access to the pool and club amenities was nice on hot afternoons. Overall a great stay and wonderful property.

Arrived in Tucson to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! The house is breathtaking. The wrap around porch hosted many glasses of wine and morning cups of coffee while taking in the amazing views. Jason was extremely easy to work with and on top of any of our needs. I have never rented a home with a better stocked kitchen... every single thing that is needed for someone who enjoys cooking. This was just the perfect home for our small family celebration!

We stay in Tucson every year. This house was just perfect. So private yet close to everything. You are literally neighbors with Sabino State park, all the hiking you could ever want. The house was very CLEAN. There is plenty of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, everything you need for kitchen. Excellent for entertaining very open floor plan. All the beds were very comfy. We just fell in love with the house and the area. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful house.

With sweeping / breathtaking views of Tucson, this Sabino Canyon hideaway backs right up to the Coronado National Forest and the Sabino Canyon recreation area. Saw beautiful sunsets and plenty of wildlife.Amazing property, configured to feel like a 5-star hotel. Dreaming of going back soon!

The location is just beautiful. Wildlife and views are outstanding.

This house exceeded our expectations. The listing doesn’t do the house and location justice. Really nice house for a family with older children or multiple couples. Jason was very helpful!

Perfect house for a social-distancing meetup with friends. The place is large, so we were always able to keep a safe distance apart. Owner was sensitive to our desire to keep contact with others to a minimum. A/C was great on the hot July days, quiet and consistent. We loved the panoramic views!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The views are amazing as is the peace and quiet. At the same time you are so close to great shopping, restaurants and hiking. We are looking forward to returning!

We had a great visit to Tucson. The house was amazing and the 360 degree views were spetacular. A wonderful spot to watch the colorful sunsets. We even had a javelina spotting from the back porch!

The house is beautiful and well appointed. The space was perfect for a multi generational family. The kitchen was perfect for cooking the thanksgiving meal and there was plenty of space for games and movie viewing!! I must admit that we were confused as to why there are not more beds, with all of the extra and empty rooms that the house has. I would have been really nice if the adults didn't have to share beds. Likewise, the views are incredible, and the property expansive, but we were disappointed that there are no outdoor spaces; patios, eating areas, fire pits and very little and old and tired outdoor furniture. It wouldn't take very much effort to turn this nice property into a hidden gem!!

Perfect location in Tucson and a magical setting with incredible views. The house lives very comfortably while always exposing you to the incredible views. A truly unique place!

We were fortunate to be in Tucson during two of the best weather months we have had over the last three years. Of course, the home is perfect for us. The view cannot be beat. The home is so well supplied with everything we need. The owner is on top of every need or concern. We are looking forward to coming back next year!

We had a lovely and relaxing vacation in this amazing Tucson home. Glorious views, every amenity thoughtfully provided. Quite and private. Room to spread out for personal space and large entertaining areas when everyone wants to get back together. I highly recommend it.

There was easy access to all that my husband and I enjoy. We could cycle in Sabino Canyon and Saguaro National Park, swim in a 25m pool and workout at the Ventana Heath Club , run in the neighborhood and run and hike in Sabino Canyon . We could not have chosen a better place. The house was immaculate, the views of Tucson and the surrounding mountains were truly amazing both in the morning and at night. While you feel so secluded, there is easy access to shopping and downtown.

Our Winter vacation in Tucson was delightful because of our stay here. The description is very accurate-it is an amazing place. My husband was recovering from a bout of pneumonia so needed to rest and relax. This was the perfect setting! The house is well supplied with everything from kitchen utensils to post-its, pens, pencils and tape. Shopping and exceptional restaurants are about 2-3 miles away, so a car is definitely necessary. We appreciated the guest membership at the Golf and Racquet Club and even extended it with a seasonal membership which was a terrific addition for our guests. The owner and property manager were very helpful and friendly. We hope to stay here again next year.

Excellent experience, highly recommended! We loved the location in the foothills of Catalina Mountains 1 mile from the Sabino Canyon Recreation area. The views of the city and mountains were incredible. The house is set up well and Jason knows how to operate a rental and does it well. Everything you need is there. The house is incredibly livable. Huge kitchen, great room with comfortable furniture, theater area off the living room, large office, all set up very well. The house is very private at the end of the road up the mountain. Elderly can't walk to the house, the hill is too steep to get up but there is room to park at the bottom of the driveway if you want to walk from the house. No pool or hot tub, but Ventana Canyon offers monthly memberships and they're putting in a new second pool plus have excellent workout facility. Great restaurants, golf courses and shopping nearby. You won't be disappointed!

I typically stay in several, upper end VRBO homes a year and have done so for many years. This house ranks as one of my favorites. From fast internet and wireless printer to touch faucets and automatic toilets, this house is loaded with modern convenience features. It's equipped with a built-in, whole home entertainment system with remote control. Waking up and sitting down with a fresh cup of coffee and listening to some soft music while the sun rose between the mountain peaks was incredible. Just as enjoyable was watching the sun set while sitting out on the expansive deck. The house is situated perfectly so that the wall of windows on the southeast and southwest sides of the house give amazing views of the sunrise and sunset. The showers and bathrooms were wonderful. The kitchen was very well equipped with soft close cabinets, two coffee makers (Keurig and fresh ground), toaster oven, large refrigerator, and tons of counter space. The furniture in the TV room was very comfortable and made watching the giant flat screen TV a pleasure. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows. The property itself offers great privacy, which is hard to come by in the area. The location is extremely convenient. Restaurants, food shopping, hiking, and other activities were just minutes away. I would HIGHLY recommend this VRBO for anyone traveling to the area.
