The condo was spacious, beautifully decorated and the views of the beach were spectacular. We’d highly recommend choosing this unit. The views alone will not disappoint. The only negatives were the parking fees for the property and the limitation of just two vehicles, especially when having a larger party. It’s off season and we were the only ones on the entire floor and the parking garage was bare. The other issue was the outlets in the unit weren’t installed properly and therefore it’s a hit or miss if you can use them. All in all…..the good far outweighs those things. And my party still highly recommends this condo.

This was a very nice large property right on the beach. Access was fantastic to the beach area. Convenient elevators to each end of the building made it easier than just a centrally located elevator. Only complaint is that the parking fee isn't included in the price of the condo. Having to purchase that separately on top of the other fees associated to the condo ended up making it a bit more expensive than what is listed. However, it was a great experience, nice clean rooms. Not really anything I'd drop a star for. They were very easily reached when asking questions. Fantastic stay.

we make an annual trip with 7-10 ladies in our family every year. great view of beach and beds are comfortable with 4 queens and 2 kings we all slept well unit is a corner with great view! plenty of seating in living and dining area only problem not enough silverware for number of beds Staff was great and quick to respond

This condo was everything that was advertised and MORE! Simply beautiful from the front door to the patio! Beautifully decorated with modern well-built furniture and state-of-the-art appliances. And fully appointed with all the amenities you could ask for! Would definitely rent again!

After years of renting beach houses we decided to try a Condo. This was a great choice! The unit was very well kept very clean. Easy access to the beach and the Lazy River is wonderful. The property management was great…always available. Highly recommend !!

Very clean and comfortable condo. The location is great and central to just about everything with a grocery store right across the street. We would stay here again.

The Condo was fantastic.

Our family stayed here over Spring Break-there were 7 of us, ranging in age from 11 to 70. We had plenty of room and the condo was very clean. Everything was updated and the beds were very comfortable. The condo is located in am excellent location, close to many stores and restaurants. The pool and.hot tubs are well maintained and there is a nice walkway to get to the beach. Would highly recommend this property. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Good amenities, great location, and friendly staff. Could use more hangars and clothes storage. The dryer didn’t work great.

Condo was everything I was hoping for. Luxurious and comfortable, huge living spaces, floor to ceiling windows, huge tv, amazing views, plenty of beds and bathrooms for the whole extended family. Property was quiet and the amenities were all working well, kids enjoyed the pools. Definitely hoping to stay here again!

This condo is a great place to stay, the view from the balcony (twelfth floor) was breathtaking ! The kitchen had plenty of cookware to make our breakfast, and lots of ice! We would love to stay here again!!

Our family enjoyed a week in "paradise" - everything was near perfection!!

We truly loved staying here. We had two families together with a total of 10 people and plenty of room. Good kitchen with utensils along with a bar and ice machine. Plenty of bath towels for everyone. Perfectly located on the beach to enjoy the ocean sounds at night and views all day! Easy walk to the beach and beach rental chairs. Kids enjoyed the shell nets and shovel/pail. Conveniently located near grocery, coffee and restaurants. We would definitely come back and use this same space!!

It was easy to rent and check in and out! Decorated beautiful. Loved the bar area with ice machine! Only problem I would say was the kitchen was not stocked well with cooking supplies but not a huge deal

We really enjoyed our stay at the Phoenix! The condo was great, amenities were awesome, and Alabama Getaway was helpful. The check-in process was slightly frustrating, but otherwise we enjoyed this trip and would stay again!

We booked this Condo for our First Maternal Cousin's trip. We had a blast residing at this condo. The Condo is gorgeous, spacious, and tidy with beautiful views of the beach. The décor, furniture, and amenities were well selected, and the beds were so comfortable. It comfortably accommodated 10 adults. In addition, the Property Manager were so professional and kind. He also kept me updated regarding important information, via email and text messages, regarding our arrival/departure times and policies/procedures. EVERYTHING was so well put together with the exception of the check-in Clerk. She was so rude. I asked her to calm down and take a few deep breathes because she expressed that she was overwhelmed. I engaged in helping her to relax. I do understand that we all have days being overwhelmed; but we must be mindful on how we interact with others and the affect it can have on others. Needless to say, the good still outweigh the bad because this trip went down as one of our most memorable trip. We'll definitely stay at this Condo again without any hesitation. Please keep in mind: If you're planning a trip during a busy holiday and you're planning on utilizing Uber or Lift for transportation, reserve your ride in advance otherwise you'll be doomed. I advise you to bring more toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap powder, and garbage bags if the party is large.

The lazy river and the slide was a big hit for the kids!

This corner unit allowed our family of 8 adults plus one child ample space to enjoy our time together. We cooked with ease, all sat st the table to dine, had plenty of bedrooms and baths, comfy beds and a gorgeous ocean view! We recommend this is unit to those who plan to spend time in the condo ans Beach! It was great!!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Home is well equipped, comfortable, and beautiful. The location is also perfect.

We have stayed at pretty much all of the Phoenixes in Orange Beach. This one was hands down the best as far as the unit. It was clean, decorated beautifully, the beds were soft and comfortable. We felt very safe as the security remained present at all times. The Lazy River and pool area were a little smaller than Phoenix West and Phoenix West II, but we didn’t mind. The location was perfect…directly across the the street from Rouses and Neighborhood Walmart. We will definitely be back and will request the same unit.
