The B&B was very clean and easy to find. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Our rooms were nice but found the beds uncomfortable. The breakfast was good. Very close to the town where we went and had dinner.

Breakfast was exceptional, the owners were so accommodating and easy going, the room was lovely with a great shower and amenities on the bathroom. Lovely place to hang around with TV, books and games to make the stay even more comfortable

A very comfortable stay with thoughtful provisions. The host and staff were very helpful and breakfast from a menu was excellent. We especially appreciated having fresh fruit salad.

We loved our spacious comfortable room and enjoyed breakfast and conversation with Kathleen and Frances. They are very congenial hosts and seem to really enjoy looking after people. The view from the breakfast room is breath-taking and the house is a few minutes drive from the delightful town of Dingle.

Not only are the views breathtaking, but the accommodations were perfect. Kathleen was a lovely and accommodating hostess and we had our best night sleep of the entire trip here at Short Strand. We will definitely make a return visit in the future!

Great location close to the town. Breakfast was with an amazing view. Water pressure in the shower was the best I had on this trip. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Great location. Great breakfast. Friendly hosts. Ample parking. Extremely good shower water pressure. The Short Strand is driving distance to Dingle itself, but it felt quite accessible as we drove around the peninsula. Quiet location for those looking for a base in the area.

There was an obvious "dampness" to the bedrooms that never fully went away.

Hosts were very welcoming and agreed that we check in very early in the day. Breakfast was huge and delicious with anything you could ever ask for.

We didn't mind because we travelled with a car, but notice that the location of the hotel is just outside Dingle, so you'll need a car to get to town.
