everything was perfect. the flat was great in the heart of the old town

Amazing location, right next to the castle. One step from all the bars, shops, and restaurants. The staff was very helpful, nice and kind.

The house was clean but needs to change some things. The sofa was really dirty. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and as a double bed, shouldn't have 2 single mattresses. Not comfortable sleeping with a crack in the middle. The apartment smells old. There's a few important items missing in the kitchen as clothes, Corkscrew.. The kitchen should have basic things as soap. The toaster was very dirty.

Central location

The apartment was difficult to find I arrived at 3 am, there was no one around to help direct me to the entrance of the apartment, shoukd consider putting a picture of this in the main body of the hotel photos , ive added a photo to the review help any other guests in my position

The apartment was wet and the AC and ceiling in the bathroom was mouldy. Manx unfinished or damaged works as a broken power sockets, missing handle in kitchen cabinet, one of the lights is not working. Remote TV controller has powerless batteries. the windows are thin so you can hear everything from the street. this apartment is not recommended. also in the check out they went new payment approximately 300€ higher then in booking page.

Really good location and great cleanliness. Was also good having the kitchen and living room area.

Was hoping to find some sort of washing drying facilities. Another thing is if you dont have a car its a bit a walk to pick up and drop off the keys.

Great location. Great communication with host. Apartment has everything you going to need. Dishes, pans etc. Pleasant stay. Recommended.

The place should have some kind of hooks in bathroom for towels etc. That would be convenient. And stove was a little complicated to use.

Although very difficult to find (the directions given by the reception staff at the key pick up point were very vague) the location is absolutely great. 2 minutes from the ferry terminal and right in the heart of the old town.

Although clearly a self-catering property, the lack of washing up/drying materials was disappointing. We also ran out of toilet paper and were unable to locate a shop to purchase additional paper!
