Well located for what I needed, and the host Doron was very responsive and commuicative. A very simple place, in line with the description. Very similar to a "low frills" hotel room in the US.

There were lots of lights in the room, glowing from the wifi box, lamps, etc. I ended up unplugging things to make the room dark. Also, the bathroom is a very tight squeeze.

The apartment was good value. It was spacious and clean. I enjoyed having a full-size refrigerator and a Nespresso machine. I also liked the building.

This is my second time at this studio apt. The location is perfect. Doron ensured every comfort.

The parking was always accessible however it is first come first served. During both stays there was never a problem, however it does give me pause.

The apartment was spacious in a good Israeli standard. The owner was very helpful and answered my question fast. The apartment house even has a bomb shelter.

The apartment had everything that I needed for a good stay. The apartment is very clean, and the pictures are representative. The bed was very comfortable, and there was a huge closet which made it easy to unpack and stay organized. Even the side table lamps were well appointed, turning into night lights if desired. I was concerned about parking, which ended up not being an issue: There is a parking lot with spaces attached to the building, as well as a public free lot across the street. There's a cute neighborhood Beit Cafe literally across the street, along with a laundromat (no self service). It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood, but about 2 blocks away walking from Sokolov, where there are many restaurants and shops. The host Doron was very helpful with any questions or concerns.

Great location to get to Reichman University. Quiet and nice neighborhood. Close to center of Herzliya with shops. Well equipped and spacious apartment with all amenities. Great follow-up by host, no problems. Highly recommended.

No light in staircase/corridor, a bit unpractical at night.
