The home is very well appointed and clean. It is a very inviting space. The bright, open living room is very comfortable and relaxing. The view of the ocean is amazing. We highly recommend this home. The host Laura is excellent and responsive. We can't wait to go back.

Lovely decorated beachfront bungalow - tough for large group - not enough hot water to take subsequent showers; issues with grill, sliding glass door, fridge/freezer. Well stocked with beach chairs and umbrella. Needs second umbrella on deck picnic table.

Overall we had a great stay! They had a great beach theme with the colors and decor of the property. The deck was also beautiful, well furnished and very spacious. There were a few minor issues but the owner was very responsive and able to fix the issue the next day. There was no gas in the tanks so we were unable to use the grill the first day but they came the next day to resolve the issue quickly. Just some minor maintenance issues, shower rod kept falling off and the couch cover had many stains. We would definitely visit again!

Laura is an amazing host, with an amazing home. It was perfect for my family and hosting a few of our friends. The view was amazing and fantastic. The kids enjoyed waking up and playing on the beach every day right in their backyard. Close to the boardwalk and restaurants. Perfectly located. Best staycation ever. The process was smooth and simple Laura thought of everything!

The place is VERY NICE! Just what we were looking for! Very neet, has everything you will need at the beach.. bikes, beach chairs, all the kitchen pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster and much more. The neighberhood is very cozy and family oriented. Acme is less than 3 miles away! And the most important for me was the view and the few steps to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach every morning with my cup of coffee seat on the sand and eljoy the ocean, we were able see dolphins every day! Laura is nice and very fast to answer all my questions.

My hubby & I spent a week at Laura’s beautiful home. It is small but perfect. Exactly as pictured with an amazing ocean view. Laura was always available to answer any questions. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Do not hesitate to book here. We will be returning!

We arrived after 10 hour drive from NC to house with beeping smoke detectors - ruined our Christmas Eve and my husband had heart monitor on and dr advised no stress. No consideration from owner for reimbursement For night of no sleep- broken shower head Mold on shower curtain and needing update in kitchen- painting and cleaning. This wasn’t a inexpensive stay and would have appreciated some kind of refund for a stressful no sleep Christmas Eve - the owner did nothing other than tell us where extension ladder was and to call fire department on Christmas Eve to help With batteries difficult to reach - would not recommend for all these reasons - being a host means having consideration for your guests and this was severely lacking.

This was just perfect for our family. My husband surf fished daily and I was thrilled to have a front row space in the ocean that was clean and quiet. The host is excellent to communicate with and provides a wonderful beach house!

We enjoyed this lovely home with its tranquil interior and its spectacular setting. The kitchen was fully stocked for all one might need; the deck was huge with ample and varied seating. Early May at the shore can be warm or cold or both in the same day! The great indoor/outdoor flow of this home made it possible to enjoy the natural beauty of this location no matter what the weather. So glad we stayed here!

We wanted a place to watch the full moon rise on my dearest friend's birthday. This place turned out to be the perfect spot. We wore pjs on the deck and drank our morning coffee watching the sun wake up. In April the beach was all ours to look for seashells. We dressed warm and walked for hours. Found good takeout food choices even off season. House was comfortable, well kept and clean.

Laura’s home is absolutely beautiful! Just as pictured and right on a private beach, would definitely go back in the Summer. I had some technical issues with booking the property and Laura was more than accommodating and responsive. She even gifted us a bottle of wine to enjoy, an incredible host! Can’t thank her enough!

I needed to find the right location and place to propose to my girlfriend. Right on the beach, with easy access and a tremendous view, this was the perfect rental for this special occasion. Dealing with the owner was easy and pleasant and would easily rent again.

Our family of 5 had a great week. The property was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Beach access was very easy and the deck was such a beautiful spot. Laura was attentive and responsive from start to finish and even personally went to the house to find an item we left behind. Would definitely recommend this property for families.

This place is fabulous. Very clean house that is well appointed and located perfectly near town and right on the beautiful beach. Also quick access to Point Pleasant and surrounding attractions and dining. I highly recommend this place for couples or families.

This is the cleanest house that we have ever rented at the Jersey shore over 30+ years of renting. Laura was super fast to respond, and she went out of her way to help us during a difficult time for our family (we were staying for a funeral). The ocean view was the best medicine. I highly recommend this rental!!!
