This was the perfect location to engage with many of the art events going on during Frieze week in LA. The home minutes to the beach has everything you need and more within walking distance. Definitely gonna come back for our next LA trip! The hosts were great and easy to work with and provided quick turnaround on any questions! Dream spot for sure!💯

Stephan was a wonderful host at this cozy home located within walking distance to the beach and Gelson’s supermarket.The home has a bedroom and bath with shower on the first floor which worked great for me and my husband, who finds stairs challenging. Two bedrooms and a bath upstairs accommodated 1 couple, 2 singles well. Walking distance to bike rentals with great paths to Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach. Drive to Disneyland only 30 minutes. We loved our stay in this well kept home and Stephan was the perfect host.

Absolutely perfect location being so close to Main Street with all of the shops, restaurants and coffee shops. A short less than 5-minute walk to the beach. It was everything we were looking for!

This house is charming and exactly as depicted in the photos: clean, functional, comfortable and in a great location. Close to Main street, the beach, and a bus stop. The hosts are responsive, friendly and helpful. It's near a busy street, but that wasn't an issue for us and we slept well. We cooked a couple of nights and sat on the front porch each day while we had our morning coffee. Highly recommended!

The house offers enough space for 6 people and is located only two blocks from the beach. It is well equiped and the nearby main street has nice restaurants and shopping opportunities. An ideal location for a family vacation. James and Stephan were always available and wonderful hosts. Besides that there is one thing I would like to mention so that other guests don't experience the same thing. Due to our own mistake, strangers were able to get into the house during the night and stole cash and a mobile phone. All windows and doors were closed but obviously one of them wasn't locked properly. This was a very frightening matter for the whole family. So better double check all doors and windows before you go to sleep - just to be on the safe side in this area.

This charming house was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our long weekend in Santa Monica, but the best thing about it is the location. Just off Main St. with its coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants, and ice cream shops and a short walk or bike ride to the beach, with a nice grocery store about a fifteen minute walk. Super convenient - and the off-street parking was great, too. Hosts were friendly and incredibly helpful - made our whole stay a breeze.

Beautiful home. Perfect for our family of 4 plus an infant. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating. They checked in on us to make sure everything was how it should be. Our kids to the bikes and boogie boards that was there for using to go to the beach. This place is absolutely a 10/10.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, walkable to beach and super close to Main Street with tons of shops and restaurants. You can walk to Venice beach one way and the Santa Monica pier the other. Host communication was great and the welcome walk through was super helpful. House had everything we needed and my daughter loved the fun hidden wall bed. They also have bikes and beach gear to use. Air conditioning wall units were loud but appreciated because we like it cool. House is along a busy street and traffic can be loud - that wasn’t an issue for us at all but could be for some. It was nice to have parking but it’s is a little tricky to back out of, so just make sure someone helps you. We brought our larger suv and it was fine. Overall everything was great and we would stay there again!

Cute house! Perfect for a 6 day excursion to beautiful SoCal with easy access to the beach and highways for side day trips. Stephan and James made a great team duo with a call ahead a few days in advance and again in person at the time of check-in.

Above all else, this house is in an ideal location to Main Street and the beach. Plus, having a designated, safe parking spot is ‘gold.’ Our family of 5 stayed very comfortably. It’s important to understand that the house is located along busy Ocean Blvd so traffic noise is a factor. The hum of the window A/C units at night drown out the traffic noise but it is a consideration during the day.

Our Marketing Team was in Santa Monica for the launch of our new gym, CAMP LA. We stayed at Stefan's Ocean Park Craftsman bungalow. It was spacious, in the BEST location, and had everything we needed. We will definitely book again on future trips!

Family truly enjoyed our annual week long Los Angeles visit staying at this beautiful Ocean Park property. What we loved Location - Main and Ocean Park. Quiet Santa Monica neighborhood yet close to everything on Main St. including block from the beach, bars and restaurants, Wed food trucks, Sunday Farmer's Market, corner stores, and easy access to main thoroughfare to get around LA (1 to Malibu, Lincoln to go south like LAX, I10). Property - charming, updated, well appointed, beautiful house with convenient parking spots. We loved that the house fit our family of 4 adults and accommodated our Frenchie. Each space in the house had its charm and function - spacious front porch, picket fenced front yard, back deck facing the ocean, spacious bedrooms, lovely bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, multifunction dining room and living room, and gated back yard with the parking spots. It had everything you could need for a stay by the beach. The Host - Stephan and James were great! They made the experience from initial booking to post check out so easy and worry free. They were accommodating, responsive, friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy this beautiful property and we look forward to coming back!

Amazing house, wonderful location, great amenities. The house is really beautiful, as you see in the pictures. There really were no surprises. We were greeted by the Owner (first time this ever happened to us) and it was a great experience as he gave us a quick run down of the house, where everything was, and how things operate. Throughout our stay, he helped us with a few minor issues we had. He also gave us some info on the neighborhood, what to do, and what to watch out for with kids. The house is within walking distance to everything. Beach, stores, restaurants, shopping, even the pier. We ended up leaving our car and walking everywhere and saved us money. Parking space is a little difficult to get in and out of due to location but with help from my wife, made things easier. Nice to have a secured parking spot to leave car. Neighborhood can be a little noisy being next to a major street, but had not issues sleeping. We would love to stay here again in the future if we ever come back.

We had a quick getaway to Santa Monica from the chilly upper midwest to sunny CA. House was amazing, location was perfect, highly recommend.

Great location. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. The house is clean and comfortable. (There's a little traffic noise, but you've got to expect that in Los Angeles.)

Very nice home. Good kitchen to live in and cook. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The management was quick to respond and made the check-in process easy. Lots of restaurants and shops to walk to.

Seamless check in

We loved the location of this comfy home: a couple blocks from the beach and around the corner from coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. The neighborhood is walkable with quiet side streets, but there is nearby access to expressways that made it easy to get anywhere we needed to go. The home itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Beds and linens felt great. Bathrooms were in fine shape. Kitchen had lots of plates, glasses, pans, serving bowls, etc. (There weren't any spices, condiments, or oil/vinegar that you sometimes find at rentals, but there was enough coffee to our first morning. Yay!) The home's layout allowed three adults to work from there for a few days without stepping on each other's toes. The enclosed front porch offered privacy from others on Zoom (or watching TV). I would definitely stay here again.

Came to the area to visit my sister & her family. She lives in LA proper but only about 15 minutes from Santa Monica, and she recommended the area. Looked at a lot of cruddy properties, dimly lit, and I’m not so nice areas before I found this gem. Super close to the lovely, clean beaches of Santa Monica, the house was clean, adorable, truly made me feel like a second home. Super quaint with its unique details but had all of the amenities necessary for a beach stay - chairs, towels, bikes. And super quick in & out into LA to see the sights. Plus an off street parking spot behind a secure gate, plus the friendliest owners/hosts you’ll ever meet. Couldn’t have been happier!!!

We had the best family vacation in this charming house. The beds were so comfortable! Everything we needed for the beech was provided. Everything was within walking distance. The hosts were more than accommodating. We loved being able to walk to many cool restaurants. The coffee shops were exquisite! I highly recommend this property for a relaxing getaway!

Great stay at this spot near the beach!

We had a lovely stay. Our hosts could not be more responsive and accommodating to our needs. The house is charming and comfortable, was super clean, and perfectly located for easy access to a lovely part of the beach and good restaurants. (Beach was a 5 min walk) Having parking was excellent in that neighborhood. The location is a bit noisy if you like to sleep with windows open, but was just because of the proximity to everything.

We loved our stay-the home was walking distance to dining, coffee, the beach, shops, farmer’s market, everything! Having designated parking was priceless. Communication with the property manager was easy. We felt like they were proud of their home and their community .

Love the charm of this house and the location is phenomenal. So incredibly close to most of everything you need. So many restaurants within super easy walk, a Chase Bank, ocean and a drop off for electric scooters and bikes. The details in the house are beautiful — gorgeous wood floors — and kitchen essentials should you decide to cook. I was sure I was going to cook but it was too easy to go out. Manchego, Sol Agave, Urth Cafe (best mocha ever), La Vecchia Cucina. Nice desk in the second bedroom that I worked from everyday. My husband took the dining room table. My only issue with the house is that I am a very light sleeper and needed ear plugs because it is somewhat a noisy block when cars accelerate up the slight hill that’s there. More noticeable for me as well because I was home working through the day. If you are out and about it probably won’t annoy you as much. No need for a car, really, given how walkable everything is or how easy it is to get delivery. And the house bikes are a great plus. House was super clean. Tons of towels. Laundry detergent. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there.
