The room was spacious and cleaned can say class apart the view from the room mesmerised all of us the staffs were very polite and sincere thanks for the hospitality will recommend family and friends to visit the hotel and will visit again

It was amazing & delightful stayed at Sarthak Regency. The room are specious and the view of snow capped mountains from the balcony was the best thing you can wake up to.. all of the staff is very hospitable and humble. If you are looking for a reasonablely priced hotel with great ambiance , good amenities and food would highly recommend this hotel..

Breakfast is good Indian, continental, etc. Also the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again

This is a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location

It has the view and at the same time it is close to mall road and other tourist attraction. If you want a safe, Decent place with amazing food to stay at a reasonable price, one should go for it without second thought.

Staying at Sarthak Regency was a pleasurable experience. The ambience was amazing. The quality of food left us mesmerized. We were spell bound by interacting with the owners, they are very responsive & courteous. Very much appreciated.

The hospitality was excellent, staff was very supportive and sincere, food was well presented. Enjoyed the snowfall, had a memorable experience, will be sharing my experience to friends and relatives. Looking forward to be back again. Overall excellent service.

During the stay, I really liked the room and the view... It is snowing and the view was amazing. Along with the view, the room and the hotel were neat and clean. The food I ordered was delicious and it came in good portions. The food was enough for two people.

almost everything was good. there were certain things which were not up to the mark but for them, I can give the benefit of the doubt to the hotel due to bad weather. So overall I like everything.

Hotel n room was clean. Food was Ok.

1) No Greeting at check-in time. 2)Manager forced to pay full amount of 3 days booking in Advance at the reception even before showing the room. Later I paid half of the total amount of expected bill as per the booking.com. 3) One Restaurant staff who was heavily drunk, made unauthorised entry 2 times into my room using master key, when we were having breakfast in the hotel itself. Same staff made 3rd unauthorised entry using master key, and walked straight into my room, 2 of our sunglasses were stolen from the room, all this was checked in the CCTV camera and I called the police after that. 4) No hotel stay bill was was provided to me at the time of checkout and when I insisted for the bill, the manager said that we print a the bills at the day end n we will mail it to you. 5) All my 3 days stay ROOM FOOD ORDER BILL was collectively given to me dating it for the 10th of Jan with a particular table number as if it was all ordered in the restaurant as one single lunch/dinner. 6) Point no 3 was intimated to the hotel owner, he came to the hotel, and he was cooperative n tried his best to settle the whole issue. Though the issue was not resolved, I din't get my sunglasses. A written complaint was lodged with local police.
