the staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful within their circumstances
nothing mentioned before arrival that the kitchen and restaurant are closed and no food will be offered. they allowed me to use the kitchen but it wasn’t very clean and eventhough I washed everything I used thoroughly, they complained that I didn’t clean the stove and the sink after using it, which surprised me because they weren’t clean to being with. the first day there was no hot water. overall, it was not the relaxing getaway I was expecting.

The location is pristine, the restaurant set menu is decent enough and good that it's on site. The room was very spacious and had a great balcony. The bed was comfy and I slept very well and the shower had a nice variable temperature and the gardens with the view make for a gorgeous place.
Parking is decent although the road down the hill is rough.
No WIFI anywhere but the lobby and even there it doesn't work half the time and when it does it is poor, they should not be advertising as having free WIFI realistically if it is anywhere but the room. Bare in mind the lobby is a separate building right at the bottom of the complex that is nowhere near nay of the rooms and is open air so exposes you to mosquitos and has no desks you can work at.
Another peev of mine is that they advertise air-conditioning when in reality it is just a ceiling fan which is not the same thing, thankfully it did just a good enough job but it was noisy and were it any warmer it would be too hot.
No one offered to help with my bags on arrival and there was no toilet paper stocked into my room and a pube on the bathroom floor. There is also no room safe nor fridge both of which would be appreciated.

Room is clean. Comfortable. The blanket is very thick, very good for cold weather.
Mobile data very weak, but they provide wifi.
Extreme uphills, suggest good driving experience to drive.
Water heater not stable.
Wifi provided but the that fast & stable, need proceed to login every time.
Don't have a good place for chill out with friends. Only a few table & chair. The place is too quiet, you will worry about disturbing other.
Overall, it's good value for your pocket 👍

The location are private enough and the view is nice.
The road up slope can be smoother, and suggest the sound proof can be improved, or the time limit at night shall be stricter to guests, as there are some people are still making nouse at night until 2am, really made people hard to sleep.

JUST NICE
1. The room title was a total LIE.. "Mountain view"??? NO... there is no mountain.. its totally in the middle of nowhere.... the staff even confused why in the booking.com mentioned about "Mountain view" although the fact that the location have no such view.. So the promotion from booking.com was just to attract people to book the room, which i think it is WRONG and ILLEGAL.
2. LOCATION... its far away from other facilities, you even need to climb the small road to reach there.
3. The room was just nice ( so so ). no complete facilities like TV and others.
4. Surrounding is completely quiet.
5. You can just find a lot of other places to stay with better and nearby facilities.
6. PRICE: direct booking from tue counter was far cheaper from booking.com
7. check out the attached picture ( jungle view instead of mountain view)
