Tea and the family extremely friendly and attentive

They have animals in the property, all of them super polite and nice, except for the cock, making noise all the nights, from 4 am to 6 pm. They’re common in the island, but this one in the property was the only uncomfortable thing for a couple that also needs resting during the night

This property is amazing! We loved our little bungalow and the fact it’s right on the water with kayaks to use for free is awesome. There are animals on the property (dogs and cats), but we made best friends with Coconut, one of the cats. She even tried to leave with us haha! We took the kayaks out and did some self guided snorkeling…some of the best snorkeling I’ve ever done…saw turtles, sharks, and a family of eagle rays! Be sure to hit Coco Beach for lunch afterwards too! Seriously such a cool little spot. When we return to Moorea this is for sure where I will stay. Can’t wait to visit again! Thanks again Tea and tell coconut hi from us 😊

Everything! 1. Beach front with great snorkeling, free kayaks and nearby island to kayak to. 2. Our hosts Tea and Alex were very welcoming and always available. 3. The small kitchen was perfect for coffee and eggs in the morning. 4. Freshwater pool was awesome too. 5. Everyday we had our morning coffee by the shore and watched the sunset. 6. Lots of food options just down the street and ice cream walking distance away.

I was fine with no AC but hubby wasn't always.

Alex and Tia what a gem of place you have . Hosts live on site with their adorable 2 children and 4 dogs and 3 cats .Don't worry they are quiet and respectful and so are their animals .Beautiful gardens, lovely pool ,outdoor barbecue area ,kayaks to use free if charge , cooking facilities in each bungalow with small patio area ,washing machine for a small fee ,fresh bananas 🍌 home away from home 🏡 Thank you we had a lovely time Nigel and Teresa Australia July 23 😍

availabilty of kayaks was a nice feature, but we really would have liked if we could have booked a snorkeling excursion with the host. This was our first ever trip to tahiti, and we were a little lost as to ways to get out to the supposed great snorkeling areas. The small motu just of the beach of the property was accessed by kayak, but the snorkeling there was not as excellent as we had been expecting. The host was friendly and offered us fresh fruit off the plants on the property, though the kitchenette in the unit was a little tight- e.g., only two electric plugs to handle toaster, coffee pot, electric hot plate and electric kettle. We had to continually plug and unplug different appliances to use them when we cooked.

Loved the authentic French Polynesian feel to the property. Good communication with owners prior to check in. Lovely family run property and Lagoon Tour business. Everything we needed in our bungalow, beautiful ocean views and sunsets. Lovely big grounds & friendly cats.

Friendly welcoming Alex and Tea have created a wonderful little 5 unit, sea view resort, on a shallow lagoon, boasting a colorful sunset nightly. Free kayaks to the small motu island provides good snorkeling. These friendly folks help with any need to make it a wonderful stay. Garden bungalow next to the road.

The location and staff on site were friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was no air conditioning, but the wooden slats open up in the doors to allow a ocean breeze through the bungalow.

Location was amazing. The property was super nice and there were lots of activities available for guests. The host was great. We loved our stay and would love to come back again!

The location is in our favorite area of Moorea, We liked the kayaks, swimming pool, snorkelling and sunsets. Our room was comfortable and we enjoyed eating on our lanai with the ocean and pool view. Nice surroundings and beach location.

Lots of dogs and cats. Disappointed that Alex was not there, so we missed his lagoon tour which was highly recommended by a friend that stayed there last year. The bungalows share a wall, and we could hear our neighbors.

Loved the location and the view of the ocean from our porch. We used the kayaks to venture out and snorkel. Tea was a wonderful host and brought us delicious bananas. We also really enjoyed the cats and dogs that visited us.

A car is needed because stores would be to far to walk No AC and no screens on the sliding glass doors, it would be nice to open at night . Beds and bedding could be more luxurious .

Spacious and beautiful garden, super friendly owners, nice decorated bungalow, good WiFi, good and warm shower, the cats and dogs, fantastic swimming pool. Beach and lagoon. Lagoon tour by Alex is highly recommend.

Bit far from supermarket and restaurants, so you need transportation (or hitchhike). Snorkel gear would be an added value

we liked everything about our stay at Fare Tokoau. Tea immediately makes you feel welcome. The location of the property is fabulous- right on the beach, the bungalow is very comfortable. We very much enjoyed our time here.

Alex and Tea were the perfect hosts. Everything was fantastic from the beds to the location. Perfect for a couple.

nice location, great little houses on the beach, everything very clean and looked after, kitchen was very well equipped (there was salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee…),dogs and cats behaved great and are very sweet, snorkeling in front of the property was great! sunsets were amazing! Alex and Tea were always reachable with tips and recommendations and tried to make our stay as nice as possible

The place was gorgeous, right on the ocean, had kayaks, and we just felt at home there. Tea was amazing and went above and beyond helping us, visiting with us, making arrangements for us, giving us fresh bananas, etc. Her family was great as well.

We had wonderful hosts, Tea & Alex that made us feel like family staying at their property. The best sunsets at this location that sets directly in front of us. All the water equipment, kayaks were available to use at anytime without additional cost. If you are looking to get away from the resort crowds and hoping for a more private beach experience, than this is the spot for you.

You definitely require a car to move around, as the local town & market is not within quick walking distance. We had a car, so no issues to get around the island.
