The house was so cute and comfortable. for our family of 5.We really loved the neighborhood and walkability to the beach! The only negative was responsiveness from management. The washing machine was broken when we got there and we had to call daily about it. Ending up having to go to the laundromat. In the end they made it right, but could’ve been handled up front. On a more positive note we really enjoyed the deck right off the master bedroom, huge closet, and bath.

Overall house location was great. Beds were comfortable. Sparse on supplies though. Hardly any toilet paper left on the roll when we checked in - had to buy our own as none provided. Washing machine was full of dirty sheets and didn’t work. And dirty trash was still in the kitchen full of baby diapers when we checked in. Previous occupants food was also in the fridge.

House is cute w trendy furnishings a block from Alki Beach. If you use coffee maker and microwave, a fuse blows (blew four times). If you flush downstairs toilet, the plunger chain gets caught in th e flapper so you have to take the lid off almost every time to fix it. And there’s a faint alarm-like sound that goes off around 5 am.

Renting of the property was easy. The property was cleaned. There were two issues I had, no toilet papers in the bathroom and the washer machine didn't work. After reporting it to the management company, I was told that they will notify maintenance team to fix it but the washer machine was never fix.

Renting property was easy and communication was good. The house was as described and we were very comfortable there. The location was good. We would stay there in the future.

Great location and quiet. Parking was right but available. The walks were gorgeous on the sound and probably would have seen whales if we stayed long enough. Thank you!

We stayed here while visiting family who live within walking distance. Great neighborhood. Space good. Charming older house but creaky floors. Nice clean appearance but could use a deep clean in corners, caulking, musty a bit, dusty a bit. Linens could have been fresher. Probably came out of storage closet after too long but the washer/dryer helped. All in all would stay again. Warning for parking…beach day users park on this street eliminating the street parking for this house. Especially if the weather is nice.

We rented this house for my moms 60th birthday. Her mom and sisters came into town for a little ladies getaway. They arrived to a cute balloon and thoughtful card from the rental company. They had a blast taking morning walks on the beach, and walking around the town. The rental company was very easy to get ahold of with any issues. Great little house

It was very nice, comfortable, clean, except there were ants in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. We found ants on the baby’s neck. Not very relaxing to have to keep chasing the ants so they would not hurt the baby.

We spent a week relaxing and enjoying the neighborhood. A short walk to the beach made the experience all the better. My daughter could not get enough of running around in the sand. The house was clean and well kept. Thank your for the enjoyable stay!:)

We took a family trip to the PNW. 2nd stop was Seattle and this cute house in Alki Beach. It was in the perfect location. Within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. 30 minute drive to downtown Seattle, to do all the touristy things there. We would definitely stay here again!!

We brought our elderly mother for a visit with her sister who lives in a retirement facility. The house was very well equipped with all the essentials. The beds were comfy! We lucked out with great weather and really enjoyed the deck and bbq.

Great property and location. The house was well appointed for our family of four. Close to Alki Beach for restaurant options and sunset walks. Very quiet neighborhood and parking in front was never an issue. We would recommend this property and definitely stay here again!

This house worked well for a large family get together. 2 baths is a big plus. Short walk to incredible sunset views over the water. The decor is updated and cheery. Plenty of street parking even over a holiday weekend.

We were visiting our children and new granddaughter who live in West Seattle. This was a great location. We enjoyed being so close to Alki and the beach.

The house was perfect!

I loved the place - clean, beautiful and as described - and I had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, I forgot my pair of airpods in the bedroom, and when I got home, noticed on my find my phone app that they were in a different spot in the city. I emailed vacasa to ask for follow-up and to see if anyone had found my earbuds. I've heard nothing and felt like my concerns went into the ether.

House is well-equipped and on quiet neighborhood street. Perfect location close to beach and short walk to amenities while also being quiet and private away from the crowds.

Loved the location. Close to family, the beach, stores, etc. The checkin process wasn't as easy as it could have been. I booked thru VRBO, but the checkin info came from Vacasa. I didn't know that and completely overlooked the email from them. Had I known, the checkin would have been much easier. The property was as described. It was perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 4 & 7). Loved the backyard deck with table. We ate most meals out there. The beds were all very comfortable. The cons: Some of the basic amenities were lacking. We ran out of paper towels and toilet paper a few days in. There were dishes, but we had to hand wash after lunch, in order to have enough for dinner. The dishwasher didn't work very well. The "pocket" for the detergent did not open during a cycle, so we had to re-wash several times. I finally just put the detergent pod on the bottom of the dishwasher before starting. (There were also only 2 pods and no other detergent for the week we were there. I ended up borrowinf some from my mom who lives close by.) There was not enough hand towels in the kitchen, especially after running out of paper towels. The neighbors must use the trash and recycle cans, because they were both full. We were there for 2 trash pickup days and I had to stuff our trash down over the trash that was already there. Aside from those small, but annoying issues, we really enjoyed the house. For the management: Because Covid restricts a lot of activities, it would be nice to have a selection of family board games or puzzles. But again, we would stay there again.

House is located at least 2 blocks from Alki Beach in suburban neighborhood. Once inside after some difficulties with lock and the general disappointment of the neighborhood, we found that the property was clean and adequate. Kitchen appliances were all new. TV was working but also subpar. This property is more a long term rental and not for short term rental - certainly way-overpriced. We paid for 10 days what it would take to rent such property for one month. We rented through VRBO which rented from Vacasa which added to difficulties in solving lock issues.

Location was convenient, house was comfortable and cute, enough bedrooms for all four of us to have our own beds. A towel problem had been mentioned in previous reviews. That was taken care of prior to our arrival. We loved having the beach so nearby. Only slight downside was that the floor is really creaky, so those sleeping downstairs heard everything happening upstairs. Still very worthwhile!

Just a lovely place to stay. Everything you need. Bright. Airy. Yet still cozy. Walk to beach, cafes. We'll stay here every chance we get. (The door code is too long.)
