The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay! Labor Day is an amazing time to visit Panama City Beach. The only issue we had was the two elevators took a long time for the amount of residents in the building.

Great place a lot of upgrades from last year! The only negative thing was the silverware drawer needs to be fixed the front panel was broke so when you pulled it the whole thing came off and the screen on the master bedroom door was off. Other than that great stay

Everything was good the only thing was the chicken we had a hard time being able to get into the building and into the room and getting our parking passes because I did not receive an email prior to my arrival and being that it was my first time using this website I was kind of lost. I did appreciate the person working that night he helped a lot with me getting in and sending out a text to the owner in order for me to get to my room

We had a great time , only issue we had was parking ,as it was over the 4th of July , the night security was absolutely awesome , he showed us where to park , and said we would be good

The only part I didn’t like about my stay was I paid for cleaning and when we arrived. Place look clean, but I had to definitely had to wash sheets, sweep, wipe, and mop. Made sure next family had a clean unit, but my reservation said I paid for cleaning

Property is located in a great spot. Condo could have been cleaner, but property manager addressed the issues very quickly. Overall, decent place to stay.

Condo was very nice and had all accommodations you could need. Only downside was when you flushed the toilet in the master bath it made a horrible noise in the wall that could be heard throughout the whole condo. We overlooked that as the condo was very nice. Would recommend to stay

Property was so much more than we expected. It was roomy and had excellent access to the beach. Close proximity to area attractions. Definitely recommend it especially for families. Looking forward to staying here again.

I read the reviews on this condo before we booked it. I guess my fatal mistake was assuming issues would have been addressed since a lot of the negative reviews were older. Let me be crystal clear, I just left the condo and none of them have been. Some as old as 2018-19' still here. Simple stuff like adding light bulbs in the master bath. Other things like the loud screech when flushing toilet, still happening. As far as I can tell the owner and the management company know it too. Like other reviews before me, they wouldn't respond to my email or call. I can only assume it's because they get tired of hearing the same problems over and over without having a cheap fix. Although how expensive are light bulbs really? It shows me that the owner doesn't care enough to make even the smallest repairs. I've booked a condo every year for the last 6-8 years for family vacation, I know how this is supposed to go. But this is the first time I've had an experience bad enough that I feel obligated to pass it on to others. Please don't make my mistake and think any of the negative comments have been addressed. They haven't. If it's listed, they got it. Moldy master shower, they got it, washing machine not functioning correctly they got it, loud screech when flushing they got it, master closet full of furniture they got it, any dresser in any bedroom for clothing storage, sorry they don't have that put your clothes on the floor or live out of your suitcase for a week, all of you. Don't look into this condo any further, its not good. In an attempt to end with a positive note, this building is nice though. It has a clean lobby and I saw them cleaning often, nice enough pool, good access to the beach, close to Wal-Mart for groceries & walking distance to several bars/restaurants. Good building, bad condo.

The location was great we had a great time. There was an issue with the dryer the property manager fixed it quickly. The only downside was some things needed to be fixed and there was lots of mold buildup in the showers, which falls on the cleaning crew. If you ask if I would stay there again. Yes I would hopefully with new upgrades!!!!

Dryer didn't work and drains were clogged. Every time the toilet flushed it sounded lounge a fog horn went off

Let me start by saying the condo is in a great location with amazing views. The condo is clean and decorated nice. The cons, Washer and dryer did not work like they should, dryer would not dry and with a family of 7 and only 1 towel per person, this was unacceptable, old and rusty set. If this is not corrected, it will be a deal breaker for renting again!! Multiple light bulbs blown in both bathrooms. Sleeper sofa is broke, had to rig it up just so one of my son's had a place to sleep. Both screens on balcony are ripped and blowing in the wind. Closet in master bedroom full of furniture and decorations, leaving little room for luggage. No dressers to put foldable clothes in any of the bedrooms. Toilet in master bath sounds like a frieght train after you flush it. (pipes inside wall) read the reviews this has been going on for over a year! DEAL BREAKER from renting again!! Very limited supplies in kitchen, only one mixing bowl, and only 4 forks for a family of 7. You get one bath towel per guest which would be fine if the washer and dryer worked like they are supposed to. Called the number provided with no answer. Got a text from Whitney a few minutes later saying she was busy at the moment to text or email with my issue. Text her about washer and dryer and ask if we could get some replacement towels since we could wash any and she said they would drop some off. NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN. Attempted several times to text and sent a email, NO RESPONSE! I have pictures of all listed and my text and email to Whitney saved. When you book a condo at this price you expect to have a nice relaxing vacation and not have to worry about calling or texting issues your entire vacation. Again, won't be renting again as there are multiple condos with the same wonderful views!!

We found the room to be nice, with the exception of the really loud noise in the walls when the toilet is flushed. Our experience with the Management company was very disappointing. From our arrival time I could not get a response to text messages I sent. We could not get information on parking and/or additional parking passes, if they were available or not. I received NO response from the many calls and voicemails I left. In our information packet we were also informed we would receive tickets to Gulf World, which we did not....

Several of the items that were complained about in previous reviews have NOT been corrected as of April 2021. Its obvious that the property manager does not care about maintaining the unit as long as the rental is bringing in money. Little items like the coffee machine, the blow dryer, & the TV in the 3rd bedroom are still broken. (I composed a list of several broken items but am not sure if they will get fixed) There were also large items such as when flushing the toilet in the master bathroom....you hear an extremely LOUD noise all over the unit (in the walls) EVERY single time the toilet flushes. The patio sliding door is still broken & hard to open & close (I was told by Whitney the operation manager to use my strength) The furniture is still outdated, the patio furniture is stained & old, the place is still in need of updating, & repair. The best thing about the unit is the location and the view. Renter BEWARE there are so many places to rent dont waste your time here. I have photos & videos, & i have contacted the company as we had several other issues during our stay, but after two emails to several people and 3weeks later they have yet to respond.

We really enjoyed our condo. It was clean and the view was great. We used the free pass to Ripleys with no issues. Great over all stay.

A big load of Dirty laundry was left in the washer and dryer. We informed the property manager and nobody came to pick it up. Unable to wash our clothes. Some light bulbs did not work and some Tv controls did not work. The master toilet sounds like a earthquake after flushing. The parking permit was not in the apartment when we arrived and we were not told that parking was across the street. The sofa bed is falling apart and had no linens. The overall cleanliness was not good. All this was discussed with the property manager.

Let me start with saying the management of this property was outstanding! Whitney was very quick to address our concerns. Any issues were directly related to poor upkeep by the owner. Cons:1. There are no longer bunk beds in the guest room as the picture shows. It is now a full size bed so if you planned on boys staying in there, don’t. We got this three bedroom specifically so no one had to sleep on the couch. But we had to do it. I could’ve gone to a cheaper place with two bedrooms if we wanted to do that. 2. When flushing the toilet in the master bath, the walls shake from the toilet filling back up.3. The coffee maker nor the blender work. We had to buy both so we could make coffee and daiquiris on the trip.4. The dryer takes three to four cycles to dry clothes5. The main door outside does not rife the tracks well and has to be lifted and pulled closed. Our kids were not strong enough to close it.6. There were footprints on the wall in the master bath. Don’t ask me how they could get there.7. Upon check in, the spray hose to the sink was leaking when turning in the water. I bought stuff to fix it. 8. Dirty silverware in the drawer.Pros:1. Our family of 8 came and enjoyed our visit in 903! There was a minor issue but Whitney went above and beyond to take care of us!!! You can’t beat the views or the short walk to get your toes in the sand

This property was amazing! I can’t think of one single complaint about the actual property itself. The owner on the other hand is hard to reach. Messaged her multiple times and no reply. She only spoke with us when they forgot to do something at the condo. Also , if you don’t take trash out you get fined $50. I find that extremely ridiculous. No smoking or you get fined for that as well. All in all a beautiful place and no regrets about booking. Highly recommend and it’s on the beach. The pool is small, however I still thought it was nice.

Check in and communications with the property manager were terrible. The bathroom sink did not drain and the water filter in the refrigerator beeped incessantly as it should have been replaced prior to our arrival. Also, we were never given tickets to Gulf World and my vehicle was towed from the lot the very first night I arrived incurring a substantial expense.

Overall the location and amenities were suitable for our large family. However, it was obvious that the furnishings and maintenance of the unit could use some TLC. The patio furniture was tattered and cushions in pieces, the sound system was broken, the master bathroom wall near the shower needs repair and the appliances were aged. Additionally, there's a problem with the pipes because every time we flushed the toilet in the master bath the pipes made a loud noise that sounded like a cruise ship was passing through. Location and spaciousness were the most appreciated features of this unit.
