Lovely opportunity to get away with our two adult children for three nights, busy lives so time for conversation. Stayed here 2 years ago. Hurricane Lee was pretty kind to us! Beautiful, well equipped property with very thoughtful hostess.

It was a clean, well kept property w/ lots of space for our family of 4. Ease to ocean was good.

Nice, clean, modern property. A very short walk to the beach was the best thing about this property. There was quite a bit of road noise, especially at night. The town house was the closest to the road in the small development. I wish this was clear in the listing.

Was a great girls beach weekend. The house is just as it’s listed, with so many added touches. You can tell that this is a loved property! Hope to be back!

If you are reading these reviews, go ahead and book this place before someone else does. This is one of the best rentals we have ever experienced. Extremely well kept, clean, up-to-date and very well laid out. The ability to have one of the bedrooms be a king or 2 twin really opens this place up to have another couple stay with a multitude of kids (or just kids!). The loft is quite large and could serve as it's own bedroom (3rd floor and not open to common area as so many are) - as well as being a movie/hangout area for the kids. The large kitchen table was great as well as the well stocked kitchen. The views are quite spectacular especially from the master bedroom. Being in between Bethany/Rehoboth and Ocean City gives you access to so many restaurants and activities for all ages. We really thank you for taking such great care of this place and making it a place we will continually come back to (including in the off season). Thank you for a wonderful getaway.

We had a wonderful week at this beach house. Many amenities and beautiful decor. Updated kitchen, comfortable king bed in the master bedroom, nice master shower, great views of the beach from both balconies. I highly recommend this rental.

We adored this property. It was just what we needed for a long Easter Weekend. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked! The views were tremendous and we especially liked our walks on the beach! The proximity to restaurants and shops was perfect. We hope to be back!

What a great trip this was. The location of this place is exactly where we like to be. We spend time in Bethany and down into OC, so this Fenwick location is perfect! The owner was great, and everything was super easy and clean. The Master overlooked the beach/ocean and the on-suite was really nicely done. Only issues (if you want to call them issues)...the couches and chairs are not that comfy if you plan on laying around watching movies and the traffic being so close because this is an end unit near the road. We were not outside that often during our stay, so it didn't bother us that much. But you really can't sleep with the windows open and hear the ocean, you'll just hear traffic. All in all, this was a great place and we would stay here again. Thanks Vicky!

Really loved this condo!! It was exactly as shown on the listing, completely updated and had everything that we needed. The interiors were lovely and every detail has been thought of by the Owner. My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. We were able to accommodate our large group of eight with no issue. The large kitchen table was great for our family dinners and game nights! The walk to the beach was so quick and easy you can't beat it. The only downside I could see the property having is the proximity to the highway. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home!!

Everything was wonderful. The house was spotless. We didn’t even have to wipe anything down. The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time. The beach is so close and the complex is very well maintained. Victoria was wonderful to deal with. We would definitely go back!

The property was beautiful and updated. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property! Our only complaint was how hot the loft was. The ac just couldn’t keep the area cool.

The townhouse was beautifully decorated with various shades of blues and whites. Just as quaint as could be. Clearly the owners put great thought in decorations and amenities. Anything you could want in a kitchen was there. Very nice view of the ocean and walking to the beach took all of 2 minutes (timed and verified). The beach felt private because very few people were there. We saw dolphins! As nothing in life is perfect, our only complaint (from my 30 year old daughter) is that the beds in the smaller bedrooms were not very comfortable. My family and I would go back in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely stay; the house had everything we needed and all the rooms were clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and the owner was accessible for quick last minute questions as we were getting ready for the trip. Locations as great; literally steps to a lovely and peaceful stretch of beach and short drive to Bethany and Ocean City. My kids loved our daily excursions to either boardwalks. The only downside of the location was how close the house was to the Coastal Highway. We weren’t too sensitive to the noise/view of the highway. Thanks again for a lovely stay.

We had a great time at Victoria's place at the beach. Easy beach access, a great, clean townhouse with a great layout, two balconies, and covered parking to mention only a few items. The host is very responsive in a timely manner.

My family and I had a wonderful time in Fenwick. It is very close to lots to do and a short walk to the beach daily. We had a blast, and the property is beautiful and well furnished. We will be returning!

This was a great house. Its clearly been recently renovated (and renovated well), from top to bottom and everything in it (including most furnishings) seems brand new. That is a rare find for smaller beach rentals in this area, and it was pleasure to be around. We especially loved the kitchen - and the pictures in the listing were (almost) exactly as we found it. Access to the beach was also easy and great, and we spent most of our day out there listening to the waves and watching our kids play in the sand. The only con of our stay (and only thing that was not what as expected) was the proximity to the road. The unit is at the end and closest one in the complex to the 4-lane road that connects Ocean City and Fenwick Island to Bethany. The view of it from the porch wasn't a big deal (it was easy to distract your eyes with the equally prominent but beautiful ocean view), but the sound of it inside the house - especially for me at night when trying to fall asleep - was harder to ignore. We used white noise, which did help, but if you are sound sensitive (like me), you might want to also bring some ear plugs. All in all, I still highly recommend this place. The beds were comfy, everything was super-clean, it is very well appointed and beautiful, and the host does everything she can do make you feel welcome (her welcome bag was an especially lovely and unique touch). Just keep the noise in mind (if that might be an issue for you) and plan accordingly, and you'll have a great time.

This condo is nicely decorated and very welcoming. It has comfortable beds and plenty of relaxing places to sit both inside and on the two porches. We especially enjoyed using the porch off the main living room and ate outside every night enjoying the beautiful ocean views.

This 3 bedroom rental unit is perfect for a getaway with friends or family. It is beautifully decorated with a beach theme throughout. It is clean and comfortable and is very well equipped with everything you will need. Just bring your own sheets and towels. The ocean view from both balconies is fantastic - you can even see the waves break from the top floor. All tvs work and are easy to use. We cooked several great meals in the well equipped kitchen. Can't wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our spring break stay. Property was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, etc. The views from the porch and balcony were beautiful. Walk from the beach was super easy and short, especially with small children. Carport was a little small but we were able to get our minivan in there, just had to pull forward to open passenger side door (slider doors were fine). There was a little road noise but you got used to it. King bed was little firm for us, but would prefer that over something saggy. Kids enjoyed the loft. Master bath is nicely renovated. Overall great place, wish we could come back for the summer.

This townhouse has everything!

This was a beautiful townhouse with lots of room and 3 bathrooms is must for a large family. They had all the little things that you forget games, books and magazines. The kitchen was large and had everything to make a large meal. The table held all 7 of us for a game of cards. Every evening we would watch the moonlight on the water off the deck. It was our first time using VRBO and they were kind enough to answer all of our questions.
