Everything was quite perfect, Antonios the host was super helpful and very responsive. Perfect Location in the heart of the city, . Yet at night it is quite and very close to Aya Napa's night life's attraction. The place is rennovated and very clean. Has everything you need. Antonios gifted us a souvenir which was a nice gesture 😊😊. Great value for money

The host is the best person we have meet during our vacations and a great person!so nice and so so helpful! The location of the property is just perfect, in city center, near by are a lot of restaurants and places for shopping, 5 min tu the beach! the room was nice and clean, everything you need for cooking at home in case you travel with kids! we will definitely come back

Kind and very helpful host and overall very cosy place to stay with a comfortable bed. There was free parking opposite the street.

Lacked a few kitchen utensils and the shower drainage was a little smelly but if you need something just ask the host, he was super helpful and even came over to give us socket adapters we forgot to bring ourselves.

The location to the main area of Ayia Napa is really good. only a very short walk of less than 10 mins to all sites and restaurants. Good double glazed/sound proofed glass to stop noise of road interfering with sleep. comfy bed and good bathroom facilities.

A few minor issues where the A/C won’t work unless the balcony door is locked. As there is no exterior handle to the balcony you must be locked out there by another person and let back in if you want the A/C on in the room and still enjoy the outside space. The listing includes free parking, however the parking does not belong to the apartments. It appears to owned by the museum opposite/council and is free due to the paying machine being broken. Should it be working the cost is €5 for 24 hours which is reasonable, however can be busy to park and people resulted in parking on the slope into the car park instead. We visited out of season and parking was difficult, I’d hate to see what it would be like in peak season. No check in instructions are provided and you are greeted at the property by the host. The host isn’t there waiting and you have to message before arrival with an ETA and the again with 15-20 mins notice of your arrival to be greeted. We followed these instructions however nobody was there to greet and we were left outside for over half an hour without contact or response which was frustrating in the heat with our bags. No apology from the host for late arrival upon attendance. I also wasn’t a fan that the payment is processed during your stay and not ahead of arrival. There was a processing error with my card saved on file and I received an alarming message that my booking maybe cancelled whilst out of not rectified. Not having my full purse with me i resulted in using another card which was not my preferred method of payment. should payment have been processed sooner, this would have been avoided.
