This property is just as advertised! There were no surprises as the listing, photos, and description were exactly what we experienced in reality. The property was clean and tidy inside and out. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all necessities, pool was delightful, view was stunning and the neighborhood was very quiet. The bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were spotless. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating. The location was perfect for exploring Tucson. Enjoyed the Tucson guide books; there was a nice selection of puzzles and books (in case you forget one!) And as stated above, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved and would not only stay again but recommend to others as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Todd was very responsive and dealt with an issue at check in professionally and extremely fairly. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on the northeastern side of Tucson. The backyard was amazing! We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and putting green. We had a great stay!

Terrific spacious home with pool and hot tub. Two young grandchildren (4 and 2) really enjoyed the pool- we had it heated. Great view of the mountains, very private , good outdoor space for meals and bbq. Well equipped kitchen and a terrific primary bedroom with big windows that you can overlook the pool area and the stars.
A putting green also for our entertainment, we were careful to keep the children away from the cactus.
Comfortable spacious living room, pack and play, booster chair provided, plenty of pool toys, beds were comfortable. We all had a great time.

During a recent SW road trip of 1800 miles, we four 77-yr-old grannies enjoyed a chilly, rainy week at the beautiful, clean, nicely located Bella View Resort. We did not pay for pool heat this week, and were disappointed that the hot tub jets weren't working (thus the 4-stars for accuracy), but Todd gave us a generous credit to compensate. Our beds were super comfy, and the kitchen had every amenity one could want along with many staples for our use. Two good tables for meals and/or games. Loved telling Alexa to play 60s music!!
We would absolutely stay again if a visit to Tucson was in our plans.

The house would have been perfect for my mom and friends even though she couldn't make it. It has separate spaces for everyone to do their thing! The property has a relaxing vacation vibe.

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. Very comfortable place. We enjoyed the large living room, large bedroom, smart tv, hot tub, pool, BBQ, putting green and Alexa. The views in the day and night were delicious. Todd is a super host

The house had everything one would need. Lots of space inside and outside. Hot tub had wonderful views. House and backyard were very clean. Communication for checking in and checking out was very responsive and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We celebrated our daughter's graduation from University of Arizona with family. The home was beautiful and well equipped for any need. Our host Todd was very attentive and easy to reach. Gorgeous sunrises from the hot tub, and star filled nights. Beautiful view of the Catalina Foothills. Will definitely be staying again!

This property had everything we needed for a great family vacation. A beautiful home with plenty of room for everyone, great view of the mountains and neighborhood walking trails, and nearby grocery & shopping. Todd was available by phone or email to answer any questions we had. Thank you!

We come to Tucson area every year to hike, and get some sun. This place topped any place we have stayed before. The yard, pool, and home had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time swimming and just hanging out in the backyard. It is beautiful.
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for our daily hikes and lots of close restaurants.
We will look to stay here again.

This is a lovely and comfortable home that has all the details covered. A long term stay would be very easy to do with the nice yard and pool, a well equipped kitchen and good location.

The house was really nice! Well kept, kitchen had all the drawers and cabinets labeled which made the transition away from our home kitchen great! The rooms and beds were nice and we really enjoyed the pool/hot tub!

Simply wonderful stay! It was clean, Spacious, and nicely furnished. Everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked (and labeled ) with everything you needed. Lots of nice touches for a relaxing stay. Thanks for the Yoga mat! Although we did not get to use the outdoor grill, pool, jacuzzi, or putting green, knowing they there was inviting. The warm fall temperatures, bright blue skies made our daily hikes up the trails of nearby Catalina Mountian, Tumamoc Hill, or the Valley loops enjoyable and rewarding. Having family & friends in the area, we hope for return visits.

Although the neighboring homes are very close, the backyard is completely private. We had such a relaxing time around the pool and hot tub.
Everything was clean and well labeled making staying in for dinner very easy. Albertson’s is just a few minutes down the street for groceries.
The location was nice for anyone wanting to explore all parts of Tucson. We hiked Sabino Canyon, Saguaro East and West, Catalina SP and Mt. Wrightson Wilderness area to the south.
We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here the next time we come out.

This was our family’s first visit to Tucson and this house and property could not have been more perfect. We have two young kids and they were endlessly entertained by the pool, hot tub and putting green. We were visiting our oldest who is attending the University of Arizona and we found the location of the house easy to go back and forth from campus. This property exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

What an excellent home/resort to get away with family. The home is beautiful, clean, efficient, comfortable, accessible, and managed by a great host. Todd was very welcoming and accommodating and answered and inquiry in a very timely manner. Beautiful location and beautiful home. Definitely recommend this for anyone coming to the Tucson area or even if you live in the area a nice getaway.

Words can not accurately describe the Gem.
We were overwhelmed with awe. Everything is prestine. Neighborhood was quiet and clean. The hardest part of this rental is having to leave. Access was detailed and user friendly. Will return next year.

Perfect Graduation Getaway
We've stayed at Todd & Stacey's properties a number of times, and each time they just keep getting better and better. We were in town over UofA's graduation weekend, and this property was perfect. We were far enough away from UofA's campus that the congestion of the weekend wasn't even noticed, but it wasn't too far to get on campus for graduation ceremonies. The property was clean and the pool and hot tub were fantastic--we opted to heat the pool so that kids could get in the water first thing in the morning, which proved to be a wise decision. The owners had also installed a putting green since the pictures of the property had been taken, a nice surprise.
