Modern comfortable apartment in a great location. Andrea (host) met us on arrival despite our flight being delayed and made sure everything was okay before leaving. Nice little touches such as bottle of water and snacks for us. Plus toiletries. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again, thank you.

Apartment was clean, very large comfortable bed. Large fluffy towels. Easy check in and Andrea was very helpful.

Noise from street but it is in a city, ear plugs recommended if you are not used to traffic.

Very nice, clean, and new apartament. The space was as presented and the location is amazing, about 15 min walking distance from the center, and around a few nice restaurants. The communication with the host was very easy and fast, Andrea was very nice and friendly, made sure we had everyting we need. We had a amazing time, we would recommend staying here if you plan to visit Pisa.

The apartment was really clean and modern. The host is very friendly, flexible person who gave us tips for good restaurants. We really enjoyed our time!

The easy communication between the host as our plane was delayed. Nothing was to much trouble and met us at the property at 2am. Showed us everything we needed fantastic customer service. Size of the apartment was good and was very modern.

As this was our first visit to Pisa we didn't know what to expect and when we turned up outside the apartment, the area looked very run down. When we entered the hallway we had both thought we had made a big mistake as it was dark and dusky. This was all to be a false impression as when we entered the room at the top of the stairs the room was modernised to a high standard. Don't forget the room tax (its not much).

There was coffee and croissants. The place is very good, you could walk everywhere, even to the airport in 30 minutes.

The room was exelent condotion it was clean modern designe and amanities . I will deffenetly rent this apparment again and i recomend this apparment . The room cleanness is very important to me and this was very cleen.

Very nice apartment,the photos don’t do it justice. Well thought out and modern bathroom,practical kitchen with everything needed and supercomfortable bed in a very nice large bedroom.The small balcony overlooks a garden,so it was very nice to enjoy some nice spring sun while sitting in it.The hosts Andrea and his dad were wonderful,and their restaurants recommendations were amazing.

For us it was not a real issue as I’m always wearing ear plugs at night and my bf is not a light sleeper - but if you are,the outside noise may bother you as it was quite intense...

The location is located a 15 minutes walk from the center. i never had an issue finding parking on the street of the apartment. The place was quiet and bed was comfortable.

Theres a very bad smell when you first walk into the building downstairs. the couch needs to be cleaned or replaced. its badly stained. i wouldnt sit on it without first covering it with a bed sheet. The water pressure in the shower is VERY low.

You can hear some traffic in the night and early morning which can be disturbing for people are easily waken up by noise.

A very nice and clean apartment! The location was good so we reached easily the city center or the train station. You can even walk from the airport in 25 minutes if you enjoy longer walks. Our host Andrea was very friendly and gave us good tips on which restaurants to visit.

Good position of the flat. Clean and well maintained, 10min. walk from the city central in the quiet road.
