A real pleasure - everything about the rental went smoothly. The common area was open and spacious, the house was clean, fully equipped with all amenities, and beach access just a short walk away. We had a fantastic week!

Home had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Easy walk to beach access! Central location to area attractions. We were able to catch the Falcon Heavy launch and Starlink launch during our stay and it was amazing to see! Easy and quick communication with our host and easy check in/out. We definitely recommend this for your next vacation.

Weekend get away with friends. Great location easy beach access a block away walking and 2 blocks driving. We had 2 mobility challenged adults with us. Bathroom in master was not wide enough for a walker or wheelchair to fit through. The rest of the house was good though. We had a relaxing enjoyable stay. Watched a launch from the driveway.

We have been traveling to New Smyrna for a few years now for our summer vacations. We have also booked on VRBO. This year we enjoyed our stay more than past years in part because of where we stayed. This duplex was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for my family to stretch out. Close to all of our favorite activities and a 10 minute max walk to the beach. The home has just about anything you need to make it your own space for your stay. We made breakfast each morning and then headed out for the day to take on whatever adventure we had planned. I loved having the easy key pads for entry and Darrel was responsive and helped with any questions I had. He even had the outside lights on for us since we got there late. I will definitely be back next year!!!

This was the perfect place to stay at! It was very well equipped with plenty of beach equipment. We absolutely loved that it came with bikes for everyone to be able to ride. We loved how a turtle came to the rental every morning, which made for some cool memories for my family and I. Thank you guys for the awesome stay!

We fully enjoyed our stay. Duplex was fully stocked with everything you need for a vacation. You honestly just need to show up. The property manager noticed the bedding in the master needed to be replaced. He brought new bedding and pillows for our stay. Great property for pets and kids!

We have stayed with VRBO before and had good experiences. However, this property was exceptional. It was perfect for my husband, our girls and their husbands. We had a fantastic stay. The ease of getting to the beach, promptness of the owner getting back with us, and the overall family vacation experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to stay near the beach.

We were very excited to find this property & loved it. It’s a beautiful duplex with plenty of space for all six of us. It was a one story and great for Grandpa to get around. The kids thought the access to all the digital accounts on the television was perfect since we had a couple of short rain storms during our stay. The open living room to kitchen gives this property a great spacious feeling. The bunk beds were perfect for the children (ages 7-13) & the fan in the closet was a must and so they were really happy to find it! The quick access in and out through the garage code made easy access for our family. The washer and dryer were huge and fit the towels perfectly. The coffee maker has a timer so we programmed & set it for the following morning. Even though it isn’t on the beach it has a great beach vibe. There are a few chairs and a wagon and some bikes we didn’t end up using but were available. The bathrooms looked updated and the wall in shower in the master was very entry and exit friendly. The drainage was a little slow but did eventually drain. Even though this is a pet friendly rental it did not smell like pets and was very clean. We did not bring a pet but the backyard looked like it would be fun for a pet. Looking at the map we were under the impression there was beach access across the street but found that the two entrances were washed out and closed. We found a public beach access with a lifeguard, showers, a playground and drive on-beach access 5 min away.

The accommodations were the perfect blend of updated and comfort and the location was great just a quick walk (or drive for the jeep) to the beach. We had a great time

My husband and I love NSB. This is our second year spent 10 weeks in NSB. This house was clean and comfy for us and with a few visits from family members including grand children. Garage was a bonus as we have a two car at home. All the amenities for beach were great when families visited. The available bicycles very nice for neighborhood or beach. The location of beach was very close. Only be VERY CAREFUL when crossing S Atlantic Ave. Some drivers don’t want to stop at crossings. The area has best restaurants are favorites CorkScrew and Third Ave Cafe. There are countless areas to walk, stroll and hike. Enjoy!

This place was great for our family of 5 and my in-laws. We all had a bed/bedroom as well as enough space to lounge and play. The beach is just a quick walk away. We loved being able to hop over for an hour or make multiple trips back and forth when needed. They had great beach accessories. The only thing I wish they’d had was a pack n play for our little one, more comfortable pillows and maybe a few more oven pans to cook with. The beds were very firm but comfortable.

Enjoyed everything about the home. Very comfortable King size bed and the best two showers we’ve ever experienced on a stay. Nice layout and d as I nice to have bikes provided. Check out the trails through the woods/ park. Access to the beach was fine at 20th street. Great meals at local restaurants each night as well.

My family and I stayed 3 nights here and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and appeared to be newly renovated. Very quiet area. Loved the super close proximity to the beach! Our host was attentive and kind. Would definitely recommend this place!
