Condo was in a great location, close to everything. Home was a great size, beds were very comfortable. Communication and check in was great. Would absolutely recommend this place and would stay again if in Leavenworth.

We loved the condo for our yearly girls float trip. Very comfortable, clean, and right in town.

We stayed over 4th of July weekend. We loved how convenient it was for all the activities we did. This spot was a 2 minute walk from Main Street. We floated the river and our meet up spot was literally down the hill from where we were staying. Loved that it came with its own parking spot in a parking garage. This place was clean and came with most kitchen appliances/pots and pans needed for cooking. They even had a grill on the patio. Overall we would stay here again!

4 girlfriend stay for 3 nights to explore wineries, shopping and home comforts. Great balcony view and walkable proximity to quaint Leavenworth, river walk & activities, restaurants and bars. Bring a small car for easier parking.

We enjoyed this place which was very clean, well-stocked and a great location. The elevator is not very user friendly but fortunately the unit is on the first floor.

The property was comfortable, garage parking for one vehicle and close to Front Street shops and restaurants. Also a short walk down a hill to the waterfront park and trails by the river. The beds were comfortable and nicely air conditioned. Thank you for opening your home for travelers.

We really enjoyed our family weekend in Leavenworth. The condo is lovely and comfortable to relax in. You are right in downtown and all the restaurants and stores are an easy walk (even with small kids!). It is also a short walk to the riverside park, where my kids enjoyed playing on the play structure and the little snow that was still around.
We had great communication with the property owner. There was something that needed to be addressed when we checked in, and Chloe immediately responded. Quick and clear communication.
Beds were comfy and everyone slept well! The condo complex was quiet at night despite being in downtown.
We would recommend this property and would happily stay again! Thank you!

After years of wanting to visit Leavenworth during the holiday season, we finally made it. This cozy condo was in the perfect location right in the middle of all the holiday celebration. We enjoyed the living room with the corner fireplace as we watched holiday movies and drank cocktails. I appreciated that the property had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bathrooms. It was also a huge plus having a garage spot available when it's almost impossible to find parking on the street. I would recommend this for groups of 4 and will be coming back to this property in the future.

Nice place to stay . some maintenance concerns. Bath drain clogged with hair upon arrival . AC filter clogged and dropping dust and lint on floor below it.
But all in all a nice comfortable place to spend a nice long weekend.

This property was very convenient, just a few steps away from the great restaurants in Leavenworth. Our only issue was that the queen-sized bed in the second bedroom was very, very firm.

My friends and I loved staying here! We were in town to float the Icicle River and this location was just up the hill from the pick up spot. Very good space and fully stocked with everything we could need. Would stay here again!

We normally stay at another spot with a pool, but decided to stay somewhere new. We were all very happy with this condo. The beds were comfortable, clean, and you can’t beat this location. The river is right behind the unit and this unit has a great view too! We highly recommend booking Leavenworth float center to float the River walking distance. Only very small thought would be nice to have nextflix in the bedroom. Other than that would 100% booking again next summer!

We booked this place to celebrate my mom and her husbands birthdays (71 & 72) Had a great time! Very close to town could walk to anywhere and the apartment had a nice kitchen and layout.

This place is great! Super close to everything! We went tubing one morning (highly recommend) and never had to use our car the whole time we stayed in Leavenworth. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything!

Everything was great, but we did have one person in the party who is 100% wheel chair dependable. There were a few areas hard to navigate… balcony was not accesible, no grab bars in shower or tub, dining table was bar height and hard for her to use. Location in town was awesome, close to river and close to the action in town.

Great place to stay, very clean, well stocked, and the perfect close to town location. Chloe was very helpful and quick to respond when trying to gain access to the parking location. We expected rain in the forecast, but got snow instead yay!

I was impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of the unit. Chloe was also easy to get ahold of and responsive. The only negative is upon arrival. The address numbers are next to impossible to see, and getting into the building was a bit of a challenge. Once you figured it out, it was easy for the rest of the stay. Definitely arrive in the daytime.
It was worth it because the unit was great and very comfortable.

Outstanding location. Very convenient to the many shops, restaurants, and drinking establishments. Wonderful living and sleeping spaces. The kitchen was nicer than my kitchen at home! Secure parking for one vehicle in the lower level parking garage.

It is in the center of the town and very walkable. The unit was well equipped and precisely shown as on the photos. Keyless entry and one secure parking spot. Overall we really enjoyed the weekend we spend there and would definitely return.
For a second car it is a bit of an issue to find parking, the lot we were informed about was blocked off, so it made it tricky to find parking. We had a bit of an issue in the one bathroom but there was quick communication about it.

Great place to stay in Leavenworth! You're right in town, so you can walk everywhere. The only negative thing I can say, is that some of the towels smelled sour. But we just grabbed different towels from the linen closet to use and they were fine. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay!

Spent a fun couple of nights here for a ski weekend with friends. Found the home as described, GREAT location in downtown Leavenworth. Very useful to have dedicated garage parking and an elevator to the unit.

Extremely convenient location to enjoy town by foot. Secured underground parking and large kitchen a plus. Very comfortable atmosphere and large patio to enjoy the beautiful scenery. Overall, spectacular stay. Note: parking garage is VERY tight- smaller vehicle recommended, queen bed in 2nd room is very firm

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great location for walking downtown to go sledding with our four year old and visit shops and restaurants. Condo was clean and very well outfitted, and decorated especially nicely. Can't wait to stay again!

Our family of four visits Leavenworth each winter and this has been our first time staying in town. Chloe was an amazing host. The condo is well appointed and the photos and description very accurately describe the rental. She has everything you might need in her beautiful 2-bedroom place. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal and brew coffee in the morning, the living and bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The location can’t be beat. 1.5 blocks from all of the action in town. We didn’t move our car except to go skiing. We will definitely be back and will recommend this rental to friends and family who visit.

Everything about this condo was perfect! It was fully stocked with everything you would need! Host was great to work with. There is no better location in Leavenworth. Walking distance to everything! Highly recommend this spot and would definitely love to rent again!
