Beautiful place and that pool was wonderful over the long weekend especially being so hot, it’s a shame the garbage bin was full when we arived so was no room to place our rubbish

An excellent property with all amenities !!! Spacious House, great size for a large group and plenty of outside area. Well maintained interior areas, lawn, pool and spa. We loved using the pool everyday during our stay. Special thanks to the Property Manager - very easily accessible with excellent communication.

The house was absolutely lovely. Nestled in Lovedale it overlooked a gorgeous little creek surrounded by so many wonderful trees. It accommodated my group perfectly and the entertaining areas were great. We loved using the pool and loved how the outdoor table was under cover for when it rained and we could still go out to have a bbq and watch the storm. Thanks so much!

Spacious House, House needs overall maintenance & deep clean. Back area floods in rain, BBQ ran out of gas & so did house in the middle of Xmas lunch. Overall we had an enjoyable stay at this property.

The newly finished pool was a bonus especially as the weather was much better than predicted. Bedrooms were spacious and the little house gives you room for those few extra family members.

We were very impressed with our stay at Amelia Rose. The property was very clean, comfortable and had a great amount of inside and outside living and entertaining areas, it was very well presented. We made use of the fireplaces (inside & outside), which warmed the house up great, the spa in the outside entertaining area was a great place to relax as well. The location was also very close to most wineries and very easy to access. The cottage is a little far away from the main house which wasn't necessarily a bad thing, the only suggestion I would make is perhaps creating a little pathway or have a bit more light as it can be a little bit dark and rocky walking down there late at night. With the pool currently being built, we would love to come back and stay again in the warmer months and make use of that!

Great location and great house for large groups. Had everything you could possibly need. Pool table and table tennis facilities were great fun for everyone.

We had a fantastic 5 day stay at Amelia-Rose over Christmas 2017. The house was big enough for the whole family to stay together over the holiday. It is very well equipped with modern furniture, appliances, air conditioning and fans if required, and the whole setting inside and out is spacious with lots to do with the spa, pool table, ping pong table and dart board. The accommodation is well situated close to the wineries of the Hunter Valley, local cafes and restaurants, and I would highly recommend staying in summer as well as winter where you would be able to take advantage of the fire places.
