Location is quiet and peaceful but this particular Condo had very light colored carpet that was already somewhat dirty and bathrooms and bedroom definitely need updating

Mariner East is a wonderful small condo complex.

Pool was perfect, beach was perfect, view was perfect. An incredible deal with everything you get! And great location for visiting sites around town. The only issue was the wifi. We needed it because our son had school work to complete, and although it was advertised that wifi was available, it was... intermittent. Even speaking with the front desk, there wasn't much to be done to address it because it was the general wifi for the entire building. If we didn't need the wifi, it would have been fine, but it did create an issue for our specific situation. Next time we'll call and insure the unit has a specific wifi unit assigned to that condo. Otherwise, an absolute gem and highly recommend!

The property was very clean and well kept. Our room was dated, but extremely clean. The location was perfect, very close to stores and restaurants but less traffic than the west end of the beach. The only negative thing I have to say is I didn't care for the mattresses in our room, they were very hard, especially the pull out sofa, we couldn't even use it. Other than that everything was perfect.

Our only inconvenience was that we couldn't get the TV/cable to play, but maintenance was able to take care of that. Also, this unit had 2 double beds in the room. May need to upgrade to a queen bed and a sleeper couch for larger renters.

Towel bars were missing, Outlet cover was missing at the kitchen bar. The condo is spacious for a 1 bedroom unit, but would be crowded with 6 people. This condo COULD be very nice if it were updated and properly maintained.

We had a great stay here! This condo did smell of cigarette smoke upon arrival, but the condo manager was super great with working with us and we were able to deodorize it very quickly. The condo is outdated, but we did not mind this at all. It’s in a great location- definitely not as crowded and packed as on the side where Pier Park is. Great management, great location, and great views. We would definitely stay here again!

Condo we rented from Mariner West, was a nice unit, was very clean and had every thing we needed. My only problem was neither hair dryer in the bathrooms worked, and the towel rack in the master bath was down. We have stayed at M5thariner West several times before and we like that it is not a tall skyscraper. Very satisfied with management and overall complex. Will recommend, and will stay again.
