This property was great to stay at. It was in a great location and had plenty of room to hang out and privacy near Austin.

We had a relaxing and fun-filled time as a large family.

Perfect place to stay if you have adult kids who enjoy a lovely pool and family space

The property was wonderful seven bedrooms 4 1/2 bathrooms. Perfect for my group. On the property there are many horses to look at. You can even schedule a ride if you want. My only issue was the pool, it was very dirty someone did come, but did not clean the pool. That was the only disappointing part of the trip Would book again.

It was a great facility for 12-15 of us to get together to celebrate a birthday. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The weather was great for the pool. We were even fortunate enough to watch part of a polo match from the back patio. Highly recommended.

It is a great house for a large family gathering and we had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped. It has a great view of the polo field (and some pretty cranky horse people as well, which is unfortunate). The host was reasonably responsive. The house itself is expansive and is in moderate shape. Some of the features are outdated, but none caused us to have anything less than a great time. Most of the beds were comfortable and the bunk bed room was perfect for younger family members. One of the mattresses in the downstairs bedroom near the buck room was quite uncomfortable and caused one family member back issues for a day. Changing beds solved the problem. The grounds are lovely albeit in need of a little care. The gas grill eventually worked - the electric starter needed to be coaxed quite a bit and the drawers below the grill were full of water. The pool was quite nice and the walk around the property was enjoyable. Internet was ok, some streaming was spotty. All in all, we would come back again and know if you are considering this venue for a family gathering, you will not be disappointed. Finally, the barn cats are quite friendly, but be cautious if fleas.

A private enclave where our family had time to relax and forge memories. The nearness of major transportation routes brought all of Austin, San Antonio, and the Hill Country into easy trips.

We had a wonderful time here. Lots of space both in the home and outside. Would be happy to stay here again

We had a terrific time at this French Polo property. The photographs of the house are exactly what you get. Beautiful house set on a horse farm and overlooking a polo field. They had everything to accommodate our large family. Would definitely do this again.

The location and size of the house is amazing! We had incredible views when outside and all the necessities were onsite that we needed. The only negatives were that the Wifi didn't work at all the entire weekend and the pool was incredibly murky and we had to ask them to come out and try to assess and fix the issue (which was unsuccessful).

The property was amazing and I will visit again.

We felt right at home away from home. Management and the care keeper were very friendly and helpful . It’s a great property for large family reunions.

We had a group of 19 women stay here for a college reunion. Our experience was nothing but fabulous. We felt like royalty from the moment we pulled through the gate. The property is beautiful and the house is well maintained and very pretty. The back patio was a great for relaxing by the pool and wine nights under the stars. You truly don't feel like you are in a rental property. Could not have had a better experience! Only down fall was the pool bring a tad dirty, but it didn't bother us too much. Uber's took a bit to arrive, however that's expected with the home being located about 25 mins from W 6th Street and South Congress. Regardless we didn't have an issue leaving or returning home. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for an escape away from every day life!

The place is absolutely stunning. There is more than enough room for the max occupancy without it feeling crowding. You will not be disappointed in this property. Plain and simple.

We enjoyed our stay at the manor. The space was spacious enough to accommodate a large group - about 27 people. The kitchen had everything we needed. The backyard was a huge hit. We enjoyed grilling our food, hanging out in the evening near the pool and the kids loved the pool!! For the most part, the property was tidy and clean. When we walked in, however, there was dirt and plant remains in the entryway. The pool was not clean or ready for use. We had to have the pool clean, but the process was quick. Wasn't a huge deal. The AC in the rooms did not cool enough. We were really hot in our rooms, but the the AC in the main living areas was amazing!It would be good to post more accurate photos of the property and detail what rooms have restrooms and where all the restrooms are located. I was not sure going into the home where the restrooms were or how many bedrooms had their own restrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to the property. I would recommend this place for large groups who just want to get away and have everything they need in one place! Customer service was wonderful and the manor is beautiful!

We spent a nice 4 day 3 night vacation! They provide you with everything all you need to take is clothes. Our only issues were the pool wasn’t clean when we first arrived, the water got clear until our 2nd day stay. Also the backyard lights were not working. Other than that our stay was perfect!

The home was amazing and sparkling clean! We loved the rooms, especially the bunkroom for all of the kids! We will definitely consider this location again for our family reunion!

Home was spectacular and huge, very accommodating for large family! Management was awesome as well. Can’t wait to make another trip out!

Wonderful, large house. We used it for a week for our executive team for annual planning, and it was perfect. Great communication.

Rented this place for the weekend for my wife’s birthday with some friends. We were very impressed ! It’s a well kept house and very spacious. I also enjoyed the attention to detail the designer had which really kept in theme with French polo estate. Another plus is the location which is not far from downtown austin.
