Le bruit infernal toute la nuit voiture moto et concert canin. La chambre que nous avions n'était pas insonorisées nous avons eu l'impression de dormir sur le trottoir 😡

The room was gorgeous!! Very spacious and really enjoyed the hammock in the room.

The person checking us in and also was our server for breakfast - she didn’t seem to want to help us either questions.

Très propre, authentique avec beaucoup de charme

Decided to stay a night on our way from Bacalar to Merida to be able to go to Uxmal early in the morning. The cheap price got us hooked, but that is also all there is.

They are building a new house direct next to the pool and it was really loud during the daytime. We tried sitting next to the pool, but it wasn’t a really nice or relaxing experience. Check-In was also kind of difficult because we couldn’t find any staff members on site at first. In general the place is really dead and I nrecommend it if you just need a bed to sleep in for a cheap night in the area. Do not come here to relax or because of the hotel itself.

Profesjonalna obsługa, gospodarz witam gości i oprowadza po obiekcie, oraz dostaliśmy polecenie knajpki która faktycznie była świetna. Pokój był bardzo duży, pięknie urządzony, łóżka wygodne, oraz wszystko było czyste. Do tego piękny ogród z dwoma basenami. Nocleg w małej, przyjemnej wiosce, nie było problemu aby go znaleźć. Panuje tam świetna atmosfera. Wszystko wygląda jak na zdjęciu.

Nie wszystkie wymienione rzeczy są na wyposażeniu pokoju- czajnik, żelazko.

Beautiful setting, clean and spacious rooms. Our loft was airy and had a lot of natural light! The pool area was great. The prices are very reasonable

The fruit at breakfast was a bit of a let-down. Having said that, the main breakfast dishes were good, and good value.

Well furnished studio, well decorated, the place is nice with the swimming pool and the parking.

Only one restaurant in the village and 35/40 minutes driving to uxmal

Fantastic place. We couldn’t believe it for the price. It’s like a 4 star hotel. Nice staff, intimate feeling yet spacious and warm ambiance. The room was amazing, clean and roomy, we couldn’t taste breakfast unfortunately as they only start serving at 8am and we left at 7am. But the breakfast area looked so nice. It is very quiet at night and during the day too. Swimming pool was very appreciated, large, clean and with sun chairs. Bathroom was adorable and with hot water available and pressure. Such a gem!

Place was central to all we wanted to see in Ticul , Muna, Mucuyche, Abala and only an hour and 20 minutes from Merida.

The coffee was not as great as the site location and the room.

Very smart room upstairs in the large yellow building. Well appointed and attractive. Wonderful pool. Good lounging chairs. Security is assured.

All was fine.

I loved everything about it. The breakfast was great, the location was exactly what I was hoping for, and it is in a very safe area along with proper measures taken with locking doors/gates just to add assurance. The “room” I stayed in was more like a palace, completely unexpected and fully appreciated. The culture of the town was on full display and I can’t wait to return!

There was nothing wrong with the stay. No complaints at all! I didn’t like having to leave :)

We had a very comfortable stay, with everything we could need at hand. The wifi was excellent, and we could watch all streaming channels on the tv. Breakfast was great and not expensive. The restaurant they recommend is very good and also run by the same family. The room was very bright, nicely furnished, and most of all clean. The location is good for nearby attractions such as Mayapan, Uxmal and a lot of cenotes.

They asked us our preference for breakfast, but there was a bit of miscommunication, and because we are vegans, the offer was minimal (bread and a fruit) It's in a little village and there is nothing around or a place for a nice meal in the nearby

The breakfast was ready later than we were told and it was not possible to have it at least 15 min before the schedule (we wanted to leave sooner).

The bed is very small. Insufficient for 2 people. The room faced the main street where loud motorbikes and cars often passed and it was very difficult to sleep. We found 2 large bugs (insect) in the room and asked for a room change. Unfortunately they said there were no other rooms available.

i liked everything.

It was very beautiful, it is Hacienda style. i would have stayed a bit more to just hang out there. Very useful to visit Uxmal. The staff was very acomodating and super nice.

Not much to not like...maybe the laundry hanging in the gallery was a bit untidy. The breakfast could include fruit (without paying extra) and a orange juice glass.

100% recommend. Very clean and pure. Internet. Silence. Perfect gateway. Gabriel was very helpful and welcoming. Big plus. Wish you the best!

Everything was perfect

That palce is wonderful, very nice building, big light room, beautiful garden, nice swimming pool, possible breakfast, but we didn’t try it because we leave early due to our tours. We used laundry in the aftenoon and we had our clothes back same day in the evening, it was perfect. The restaurant, bakery and some small shops are in the village. Haciendas and some Pyramids as Uxumal, Mayapan or Kabah are close. Everything around up to 35 minutes.I would like to come back some day for sure. Very private, far from massive tourism.
