The weather was perfect for sitting on the balcony looking out at the water view watching the sun go down. Plenty of space & beautifully furnished the house was actually warm at night & so quiet. Easy to find & access although the steps leading up to the house were a bit awkward with all our bags. Our 84yr mum had no issues with internal stairs but was not able to manage the stairs leading down to the beach.We dined at Nelson Bay Golf Club - great food & great service - and enjoyed a lovely long lunch at Little Beach Boathouse restaurant - worth every penny & highly recommend for the food & the staff.Dutchies Sand & Sea Beachhouse would easily house 3 couples but wouldn’t suit anyone with a disability.Overall it’s was a fabulous place to stay.

We celebrated my mum’s 60th and father in law’s 68th birthdays over 6 days at the property. Good communication with the property manager - responsive and flexible! Location was good - amazing views but the beach access was a bit difficult for the older family members to walk down to. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable stay. Thanks for the hospitality! J

Perfect property for a lovely, relaxing weekend away. Walking distance to the main Nelson Bay Area, gorgeous walking tracks close by and the layout of the property was perfect.

Circumstances meant only two of us stayed in the property, so more space than we needed. Lovely view despite the incessant rain and the house provided all we needed. TV remotes need some attention (Main bedroom in particular), minor first world problem!!! 🤣

It was close to the beach and a pleasant walk along a paved track to the town centre.
The weather was ordinary but the home was still comfortable and homely.
The management company were very professional and very helpful when we had an issue with the washing machine and gave timely and effective information
We were disappointed we had to pay the $1000 bond based on our previous history with Air B and B but it was refunded in the advised timeframe

The location was great, beautiful view from the balcony. The wi-fi was great for the days we had to work. The property was clean and had all of the amenities. It was stocked with plenty of tea/coffee/TP so you didn't have to run to the store the first day. We are looking forward to our next stay

Great spot, great place

Everything was good other then a giant rat that we had to chase and block off the hole it went into. Behind the dishwasher, which we had found there to be a rat trap already.

Lots of good restaurants within walking distance water was beautiful and warm

We loved the place. The view over Dutchies Beach was fabulous and we were only a 15 minute walk to town. The house was clean, well presented and a generous size for the three of us. We will visit again.

Enjoyed our stay. Short walk to the beach and into town.
